Very happy with purchases, excellent customer service. The only advise is for the packaging dept who need to package the items with more padding.

Beco itself is amazing (would give it 5star if I could) however, this is the second time I’ve ordered online and the delivery service they use (DHL) is truly appalling … again. I’m never ordering anything online from Bec until they’ve changed their delivery service. The initial delivery date, I was in all day waiting for the delivery and they said I wasn’t in (even though they ever even attempted to knock on my door, as I have a Ring doorbell). The next day I had a specific time slot 18:00PM to 19:00PM. I waited until 20:00PM and nothing was delivered. Called customer service, they said the delivery guy returned back to the depot at 17:00PM and had to wait again for another re-delivery. I was really angry at this point however the agent on the phone gave me a special delivery for Friday before 12PM. I waited until the afternoon and nothing was delivered. I saw the tracker and it had been moved to 18:00PM. You can see why I’m frustrated and angry - wasted my entire three days just chasing/waiting around for something they promised but never came.

Bought these wipes & poop bags for my new puppy. After much research the Beco wipes & compostable poop bags get very good reviews. Top quality products you get what you pay for. Packaged well & delivered with care. Will definitely use this company again.

Sadly the crocodile dog toy was not properly stitched when it arrived. Faulty so will have to go back. The pink octopus was with my dog for less than 5 mins and he had the stuffing coming out. The eye on the material seemed to be coming off. He is only a young dog but we have plenty of other toys which have survived being in his mouth. I have emailed but still waiting for a reply about sending them back. Overall not impressed.
