Speedy replacement of faulty poo bags!

Dishes great. Courier/ delivery service awful. Would gladly order from Beco again, but not with this delivery service.

ONE OF THE TOYS WAS RIPPED APART WITHIN TEN MINUTES (THE TURTLE). THE TUG ROPE LASTED ONE DAY BEFORE THREADING EVERYWHERE

5* As Always We received our order extremely fast, as always, with lots of communication. Products in perfect condition, and everything we could want for our dog.

My dog loves the Chicken. Delivery is quick, as is ordering. Plastic free packaging & ethical too!

The rolls of compostable poop bags are very easy to carry around and use. We prefer them to the ones with handles. It's great that they are made from corn starch - a very eco-friendly choice. Shipping is always prompt and reliable.

Excellent, helpful response when I queried re lifetime guarantee but our dog had destroyed toy - I was offered a replacement or one that would be even tougher (Beco Bone or Beco Ball which we already know are absolutely brilliant and very tough!)

The toy did not survive in tact for 24 hours even. My Pointer puppy (8 mths old) chewed one of the rope legs off and started to un-stuff it after only a few hours with it. He is not left with it for more than a few supervised hours a day and it took a week to totally destroy it and chew bits from it. We threw away the smaller bits and stuffing as they were destroyed. I hoped for a bit longer chewing time for its cost.

I’m embarrassed to say, despite being marketed as “rough and tough” and “super strong”, the toys I purchased lasted less than two weeks. My spaniel / border collie cross absolute destroyed them with bits of fluff everywhere. I wanted to invest in beco to lower my environmental impact and hopefully get a toy that would last - and I was less than impressed with the product.

A recent roll of these bags was not perforated … delivering a long stream of useless bag with no bottom … not very useful at all! Raised with BECO direct who said to raise with Amazon where they were bought from. Sort it out between yourselves. But please, when you deliver a product, can you make sure it works. Beco a class leader? Am not so sure. And the best bit, Beco did offer a 20% discount for another order (will they work?) from their own webshop … that has at the time of writing this review, a shipping charge at more than 50% of the product cost! (£3.50 delivery for a £5.99 priced product). Unless you spend over £30 … on a product that was previously faulty. What a dreadful experience.
