Really easy website to navigate, good choice, helpful suggestions for additional purchases and very efficient delivery.

Ordering and delivery is totally hassle free and most importantly the dog food is first rate. Delivery was quick too as I'd left it a bit late to order, but got the new food within a day or two, so thank you very much. I should also say that the quality of the food is excellent and the dog absolutely loves it.

There was direct, human communication about a quality issue; resolved reasonably and fairly.

The service from the company was, in all honesty, great, I have no complaints at all. The reason I have given such a low experience rating is down to the product, in particular the palatability of the food, my dog refused to eat it deciding to starve himself rather than eat the food.

Meg not happy with bed as prefered her old one which was a becobed but different design.she will hopefully get use to it.thanks

Easy to use website with a good variety of food. Very fast delivery and always excellent quality kibble. Our dog loves Beco.

Initially was very disappointed as products supposedly in stock on website were not. I ordered 2 of the same item, the same colour - blue. Beco contacted me about this said only 1 blue in stock and (although disappointed as I had wanted blue for both), I agreed for the second item to come in brown. When they arrived BOTH items were brown. Have to admit I was pretty annoyed about all the mis-information and wrote and told Beco so. To my amazement Beco really did redeem themselves by apologising for the wrong information, giving me a complete refund - AND letting me keep the 2 items too! Amazing!! This is the first time I have ever had a company both admit it's mistakes and go out of their way to more than rectify them. In view of this and despite the initial mistakes, I really would highly recommend this company to anyone - they really do want to look after their customers - a very refreshing change in todays world.
