Like several other customers, the base of my 'Lightweight Poop Bag Dispenser' fell off on the FIRST walk we took it on. This is an item that clearly has a design fault, but what has annoyed me even more is that in multiple communication with the company, no acknowledgement has been made of this fault, even after a number of opportunities provided. Instead, only a 20% discount code to spend even more money to replace the item! Zero points for the product and somewhere on the minus scale for customer service. Very disappointing. After about 6 emails back and forth, and me pointing out that several other negative reviews were to be found online - clearly pointing to a design fault, and not a one-off situation - did the personnel offer to replace the item. So much resistance for the sake of a couple of pounds - what an odd customer service strategy! Well, that's not really customer service, is it!!?

Purchased Hemp Rope | Squeaky Rope for an active and playful dog, this toy isn't suitable for any dog who wants a tug. Toy is shredded within minutes and the squeaky is removed. Very dangerous and shouldn't be available to buy. Buying online isn't suitable when buying dog toys, you can't feel the toy and try out possible manoeuvres you would do when playing with the dog and the toy.

Good looking product (Crab dog play toy) delivered as promised. Immediate delight by our small dog....... who in seconds managed to pull off 2 of the rope "legs" and then opened up the "ears". He still enjoyed it (and enjoys it still working at opening up the rest) but maybe a bit more work to find stitching that lasts a bit longer. Thanks and good luck
