Our dogs absolutely love your food but we have now been waiting weeks for our order of both kibble and wet food. The order was apparently damaged beyond repair in transit and we were assured another replacement order had been sent out. This has not arrived though and we have not received any further communication.

Order arrived very quickly, impressive. The products I ordered all seem good and approved of by my dog.

Let down by Royal Mail. Order has yet to arrive. Unfortunately I now have to wait for another order to be sent out as the original order has gone astray. Our dog loves his BECO food, so no complaints there.
