Purchased a supposedly 'durable' dog bone which did not even last 45 mins with my cocker spaniel! I have tried contacting the company twice via email/contact link on their webpage and had NO replies. Very disappointing and would not recommend purchasing from this company. Extremely poor customer service.

I have given 3 stars because of the packaging. I ordered 120 poo bags for my dog. They come in a small carton 6.5cm x 6.5cm x 13cm. The carton was placed inside a large box 31cm x 14cm x 17cm that was stuffed with brown paper. The box could easily have held at least 12 of the smaller cartons. The poo bags themselves are great but the packaging is not efficient and wasteful.

Dogs love it, time will tell whether it helps to solve the anal gland problems

We love using Beco products, and having our subscription means we never run out of Wipes, poo bags and treats!! The wet food is much enjoyed by my dog. He particularly likes the wild boar
