I had phoned with a slightly unusual query - was seeking small plastic stabiliser lugs for the dog bowl. It was clearly and expertly explained (by Beco) these were not available and why (as they're now discontinued) then unexpectedly Beco sent me a new bowl from the new range. It arrived just a day after and is great, my dog loves it (& its a fantastic colour)

I ordered two bones that you can put treats inside, plus some treats. My dogs loved the treats and did like the bones but it was advertised to be tough for chewers but my dog chewed the bone which caused for concern incase he swallowed chunks of plastic. The dogs went crazy for the treats! 5* for treats!! Disclaimer: I am in the UK. Not sure why my account says USA
