I was in need of a flight so I looked on line found Openairfare also known as Flights Channel big mistake booking my flight through them... they gave me a cheaper price and then 5 days later they called me and told me that it wasn't available anymore .. they were almost charging me double the price(please people do your homework and look at the reviews ).. if it seems to good to be true it's cause it probably isn't...SCAM!!!!

Worst booking experience. Page/email said booking confirmed. I had to double check and call, they told me the price is doubled. I booked cheaper after 5 minutes on another site. M.

The website was easy to use and the prices for tickets were affordable. Doris Wilson, an associate from the company, personally called me to ensure I was satisfied with my airline ticket purchase and I am very appreciative of her time.

Getting my tick went very smoothly and DORIS WILSON was super informative and helpful.

Offered a good deal then cancelled it several days later providing nonsensical excuses in the process. Dealing with them made me miss out on better prices I could have gotten elsewhere in the meantime, go with someone else, these guys will just cost you money more money in the end.

I've completed a flight booking with Antonio 2 days ago and I have to say his good attitude made me gain confidence in your platform. My case was a bit complicated since I'm not US resident and payment through non-US registered cards was not initially contemplated. He nevertheless found a solution for me that even though took a long chat conversation proved that in your company you can still find good professionals using common sense to solve customers' needs.

Thank goodness I chatted with Antonio! My flight with another airline had gotten cancelled for my daughter’s wedding. Antonio was able to find me a replacement flight after days of searching. He was very helpful and the price was great. Very happy with his service.

Never having used this site before, I cannot tell how wonderful it was to work with Antonio. He worked with our request and time frames changes efficiently and was so very patient as I muddled through technology. He even called to double check with and reassure me of our flights. HORRIBLE SERVICE. We booked a flight to NY and they sent us a confirmation email. 2 days later they sent us an e-ticket WITH A DIFFERENT AIRLINE FOR A DIFFERENT TIME. The new times were not acceptable for us and we asked them to honour the original time. They refused and blamed the airline. We lost our money They did absolutely nothing to help us. Beware.

I bought a round trip ticket for BOS-LAX-BOS from this website for my daughter. On the hour of her trip, the front desk customer service told her that Flight Channel suspended her ticket and she can not board on the plane. IMAGINE that for you teenage daughter at the airport at 6 pm. She immediately called me - I was out of the country and it was 4 am in the morning there. I suggested her to buy a ticket from the front desk for the next available flight. Fortunately there was one after two hour and she bought it and board on the plane. I called Flight Channel and they told me the airline suspended her ticket - can you imagine that? Why would an airline suspend a ticket? Anyway, Flight Channel refunded my money. It would have been a disaster if she did not find a suitable flight and that would have mess up out whole vaccation. She was joining her sister in LA and was fying to Bangkok to join us to spend the time together. BE AWARE buying ticket from them.

The agent was very pleasant, proving willing and able to assist (by confirming my flight and providing me seat assignments).

Antonio was extremely helpful. I am worried about the bad reviews I've seen. I will be getting my boarding passes in a April and hope all goes smoothly.

IT IS A FRAUD!!! I just try to check in with Aromexico for my fly and it did not allowed me. I went to the airline and even when I had a reservation code my tickets were not recognized by de Airline. I lost US$1500 and my trip to Orlando. Now I have to buy tickets again! DONT BUY WITH THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES

Don’t ever book tickets with them I assume most of these good reviews are made by bots. This agency doesn’t even exist I wanted to visit them at their address but they don’t appear on the map. All numbers hang off directly. They offer false tickets that have a reservation but are not valid so they only take your money to put it in their pocket. On the 29 March 2023 we tried to take our flight from Las Vegas to Montréal that we booked with flight channel for the amount of 847,8 $US. We got refused at the check in because the tickets were false and were not valid, so they were suspended. We had to purchase whole new tickets at our charge. I can provide proof of fraud given by Kenya airways who suspended our tickets and all receipts for the new tickets we had to book for an amount of 1226,2 $US, plus 60$ of extra charge for the booking by the airport so a total amount of 1286,6$ US. Flightchannel is not responding at all.

It was excellent because of the courteous and prompt service that we received.

They sold me sketchy tickets. Delta wouldn't validate them and they were flagged so I couldn't use them. I was left paying over 1200 dollars for new flights because flights channel sold me bad tickets.
