SO I BOOKED AGAIN, SAME CONFIRMATION EMAIL AGAIN, GET ONE A FEW HOURS LATER THAT MY BILLING ADDRESS IS WRONG. I CALL THEM NO ANSWER EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE 24/7 CUSTOMER SERVICE. I EMAILED THEM INSTEAD, GOT A CALL FROM SOME INDIAN CALL CENTRE. THE AGENT STATED THAT HE CANNOT BOOK ME ON THE FLIGHT BECAUSE I HAVE DUPLICATE CONFIRMATIONS BUT WHAT HE CAN DO IS BOOK ME ON A FLIGHT FOR $1000 MORE! I SAID IF MY PAYMENT DIDN'T GO THROUGH HOW AM I DOUBLE BOOKED. HE WENT TO STATE THAT THE BOOKING SYSTEM HAS TO REMOVE IT AND HE CAN'T REBOOK THE SAME FLIGHT EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE SAYING ITS STILL AVAILABLE!? FOR THE NEXT TEN MINUTES HE TRIED TO REBOOK ME ON OTHER FLIGHTS. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE TICKETS THAT THEY ADVERTISE, ITS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM. I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO CALL THE CARRIER, HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. I GOT TWO EMAILS SHORTLY AFTER SAYING THE BOOKINGS WERE CANCELLED.

¡Cuidado con Flights Channel LLC! Compré boletos de avión a través de esta agencia y, 10 días antes del vuelo, me informaron que había sido cancelado. Al comunicarme con la aerolínea, me confirmaron que el vuelo no estaba cancelado, sino que Flights Channel LLC nunca hizo el pago de mis boletos. Tuve que comprar nuevos boletos a un precio mucho mayor por la urgencia. Cuando pedí el reembolso, se negaron, argumentando que era problema de la aerolínea, aunque esto no era cierto. This company practices bait and switch, they advertise a flight price that they don’t actually have, and later you get an email telling you your booking is cancelled and they sell it to you at a higher price. They do that to get you to choose them by advertising airfares that don’t exist beware and do not book with this company!

This company is a total scam. They sold me a fake ticket, which was flagged as an irregular sale. I couldn't take my flight back and had to purchase another ticket at the gate for twice the price. They stole my money, and sooner or later, they'll face serious legal action when the victims finally come together to hold them accountable.

It is the worst company where you can buy tickets, they are thieves and they never answer, they have no customer service and if they do, it is useless. We bought some tickets and supposedly the airline cancelled the flight, and it was not true. In addition to that, they never returned the money!!! They are thieves.

Great customer Service. The Customer Rep - Alex, was detailed and thorough in finding me the best deal and resolving my complex itinerary for my multi-city European trip. He was also able easily resolve the issues encountered during payment.

Alex was very efficient, and patient. He is clear spoken and easy to understand, which is important for me as my hearing is not great. He is good at his job.

In November 2024, I purchased tickets from Vancouver to Mexico City for Christmas Holiday through FlightsChannel. first of all, the charges to my credit card were showing 3 charges, two for my tickets, one for other charges. I got confused at time. since I got the confirmation for my tickets, I did not do anything. 15 days later December 12th, I received emails from FlightsChannel only tell me my flight were cancelled. I called so many times try to have an answer, but they did not provide any help at all. I also went to airport twice to check with AeroMexico to find out what is going on. of course, Aeromexico declined our tickets by claiming they never receive the money we paid. Eventually, we have to purchase last minutes tickets to finish our trip. no one should buy anything from them. they are scammers.

Do not use this website for booking flights. They will not only steal your money, but charge you twice! We booked flights with them for a flight with Cathay Pacific. Everything supposedly “went through” and even showed in our bank. The tricky thing is that we even had confirmation with the airline themselves about our flight and a booking on their website/e-tickets. But if you happen to experience this, please don’t believe that your booking is real until you actually attempt to check in! That’s when the airline will either notify you that payment wasn’t received and that you would have to pay again OR most likely have to book another flight at an EXPENSIVE price. For everyone who’s been mistreated by this fraudulent company, I hope we can all work together in shutting down these scammers. Flights Channel, you’re going to pay. It may not be soon, but eventually everyone will file a complaint about you scammers through the Better Business Bureau and Federal Trade Commission. I hope you get SHUT DOWN.

We are extremely disappointed and frustrated with FlightsChannel. This company is a complete SCAM!! We booked a flight, received a booking number and e-ticket, and made the payment, which was confirmed by our bank. Everything seemed fine until we got to the airport. That’s when our nightmare began. At check-in, we were told that the airline never received the payment, and we were denied boarding. Imagine being stuck at the airport with our crying kids, tons of luggage, and no way to continue our journey. We had to turn around and go back home, devastated and heartbroken. FlightsChannel not only ruined our plans but caused us so much stress and emotional trauma. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. Hopefully, we can recover the money they stole from us. This company should not be trusted under any circumstances.

But fast-forward to December 21, 2024, when we arrived at the airport, excited for our trip, and the nightmare began. At check-in, the airline agent couldn’t find our booking. Why? Because it didn’t exist. Flights Channel never actually booked our tickets. We were stranded, standing at the counter with bags packed and no way to get on the plane. I immediately tried calling their so-called “24-hour customer service” line. It was a joke. Every call went to an automated system, promising to connect me with an agent, only to go to another message after a few rings, saying no agents were available. I called FIVE times, left voicemails, and sent emails—NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. The flight left without us. No help, no explanation, nothing. We had to scramble to find a hotel that night and ended up buying last-minute tickets with another airline just to salvage our trip. To this day, Flights Channel has completely ignored me. I’ve now started a chargeback dispute with MasterCard to try and recover the money they STOLE. This company is a scam. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy, and downright deceitful. Do not, under any circumstance, entrust Flights Channel with your travel dreams! They are not just incompetent; they are heartless thieves.
