United States | 27 February 2023Booked travel through the online chat feature. Mike Jones was very helpful and got me a good price & times that I couldn't find myself online. I had to leave my computer before we were done and he was very accommodating in calling me and sending me emails to complete the booking. He sent 1 email to show me the flights discussed & I had to reply that I approved. Then he sent a link to complete payment & I had to send him back the conf #. A couple of red flags during the booking process (but I was in a hurry & running around so I didn't think enough about it at the time). Typos and grammar made the operation seem a little unprofessional. Emails that I got from Mike look less than legit which made me start to worry. I looked online and found a lot of bad reviews & very negative rating on BBB. Uh oh. Terms said I could cancel for no fee within 4 hours so I tried to. The guy I got on chat told me he couldn't cancel me & Mike was on break. I insisted and suddenly Mike was available. Mike pressed me on why. He did his best to convince me it will be fine. He was pleasant but persistant. He was able to give me the confirmation numbers for Delta and I went on the Delta website and could see the tickets had been booked. ok...felt a little better. He promised they would be sending me eTickets in next few hours. He said I could call him anytime and he would rush back to the office from home to help me (totally weird thing to offer). I reluctantly decided to go for it. After more hours than they said, I did get the eTickets (what does that mean? Just an email with the confirmation numbers on it, I guess). I can see my tickets on Delta site, was able to pick my seats, etc. I will remain optimistic. Traveling in April. Everyone at the company is using pseudonyms. Clearly a call center in India using anglicized names. But Mike was very kind & helpful - I hope this works out. I've now been asked 3 times (by email and call) to leave this review and mention his name. So here it is.

United States | 20 February 2023I have been completely mislead by the traveling agents who have made a gross error while booking my flights with Delta. My whole family and I travelled via Uber (cost 69.00$) to get to the airport. When we arrived to the Delta airline agent, even after calling Delta airlines himself, he was able to locate the tickets which where voided and then suspended for unknown reasons. We spent 2 hours until we were obligated to rebook for a departure tomorrow. I am also unable to get a full refund of my hotel room that was reserve tonight for a total amount of 398.95$. May I please add that husband was traveling for business and is missing a whole day of work on 2/20/2022. Also, he had to change his flight with Winair (airplane company) from St-Marteens to Saba which cost 25$. Unfortunately, my whole family and I, which include children, had to get back home with Uber (49.00$). Therefore, I am filling an official complaint and am expecting to be refunded not only for the 4 airplane tickets but also for all the other charges that were encountered for a total of 3693.44$ In addition to financial compensation for the unpleasant horrible experience with the traveling agency which involved my children my husband’s day of work that was totally lost.

United States | 17 February 2023We used this Company to book flights in Delta for a family vacation and upon arrival to the Airport, the Airline advised us we had no reservation nor payment on record and they had flagged this as fraudulent. Unfortunately after multiple attempts, FlightChannel did nothing to resolve the situation, refusing to even call the Delta indicating their policy prohibited them from calling and refunds, if any, take approximately three months! This has left us to bear the expense for hotel and car reservations we had for today and no where to go. Extremely disappointed and would not do any business nor recommend this Company in any way.

United States | 15 February 2023Flights Channel was able to get me the same price as quoted, no hidden charges; while other site lured me into their site for a fraud price, then gave me the same price as Flights Channel did, but on top of that they charged an additional tax which is almost 80% of the flight price. Flights Channel was very trustworthy, but it took a little longer to get the e-ticket issued, more than 48 hours. I will keep doing business with FlightsChannel.
