SCAM. Do NOT use this website. They will offer you flights at a very good rate. You will get a note saying that they will contact you within 24 to 48h to confirm payment. THEY WILL CALL YOU TO TELL YOU THAT THE FLIGHTS HAVE NO MORE SEATS AVAILABLE IN ECONOMY AND WILL PROCEED TO ATTEMPT TO SELL YOU SEATS FOR UPWARDS OF 1000$ of the price confirmed via email. I live in Quebec where a seller, no matter where they are are legally bound via the legal contract that is proof of purchase. When I told this to the agent, he kept on trying to sell me different flights at "the best possible rate". SAVE YOUR TIME AND DO NOT FALL INTO THIS TRAP. A SHAME TO DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS. Ps. Customer service is based in India and agents give you fake names

Bait and switch period. Took my passenger info, payment info, received a booking confirmation email as well as on the laptop screen only to be called and emailed that price is no longer valid. Will be reporting them to the FAA and the FCC with my evidence of illegal practices.

I thank Steve Owens assisting me on getting my flight from Cancun to Vancouver sorted out and getting my seat picked. At first I am skeptical by third party sites but so far it has worked out well.

Doris and Veronica have done everything they can to help. I will admit I had a few issues, but they are not to blame. It's the airlines that keep making things complicated for everyone involved. They're prices are very hard to beat when traveling to the Caribbean. Not so much for Europe and other places. Hopefully they get better prices to many more destinations, since I have saved a lot of money so far.

I booked my flight at 5:00am on March 29, 2023. At 8:30am I received a call from Doris Wilson in regards to my additional information such as a copy of my passport and the four last digit on the debit card I used to make the payment. At 9:00 I received another call from Doris Wilson to confirm my information was checked out and my flight was confirmed and that I should expect an e-ticket from the airline to take to the airport along with my documents for my trip. I will say that Ms. Wilson was patient and thorough in her explanation and for someone who was using your service for the first time, I have no regrets and will recommend flight channel to my friends.

They lure you in with a cheap flight, take the reservation, then don't confirm it because (they claim) the price you booked turns out, for some pretended reason, not to be available, and the price they offer instead, days later, is $350 more. Do not use this company. They're scammers. Period.

I was concerned because of the process of getting the flight which is different than any other service that I have used. I was concerned that this was a scam because I couldn't find my flight info on American Airlines. Miss Mary Jones took my call and calmly walked me through the process in the face of my fears and solved my issue completely. I would recommend her to anyone, very professional.

This company scam people, they advised lower rates but can not confirm the ticket. When I called them today to correct the problem on the phone, they told me the price is no longer available but had higher price. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

James was extremely professional and helpful getting my flight cancelled and getting me credit to go at a different date. We had a family emergency and was not able to fly on the scheduled date. Robin Reed

Don’t book anything with this company, they will rob you. I booked a flight with them originally for $300 (one way ticket) and then after booking they called me days later saying that the flight THEY booked me sold out and that I needed to pay an extra $500 for a different flight. Booked that flight and then they cancelled it for no reason, said I would get “credit” to use towards my next flight, stupidly booked with them again only to realize after calling them because I didn’t get an eticket that the points got declined, resulting in me losing nearly $1000. Avoid this at all costs. They will take your money, never update you, or contact you with any changes

SCAM. SCAM. charged me full money but after 2 weeks when I checked airline website it was cancelled without notifying me. I called airline and they said travel agent cancelled ticket.

Decent company. They contacted me soon after I was online to verify everything.

Purchased and paid for two orders of flight tickets for three on domestic flights on 4/20/23, for departures on 4/27/23 and 5/01/23, on openairfair.com. During check out, website stated someone "may" call to confirm, which they did (by another name, flighschannel.com) the following morning asking me to return their call (by a James Smith, with an Indian accent). When I called James Smith, he said the tickets were no longer available and offered to search for alternatives, which lead to an offer for a discount airliner for over $200 more, and a time that would not work for us. This company is utterly unprofessional and unethical. Who would sell tickets and have been paid for, have to call the customer to confirm? As others have stated on here, which I did not know about prior to purchasing the tickets, this company is horrible, which I wholeheartedly agree. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. I should have heeded the "red flag" when at check out, the website stated the tickets were not confirmed yet, but payments were made. Let our headaches and disappointments be a warning to all potential customers. GO TO A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

They advertise low flight ticket costs but don't confirm the reservation right away. They call several hours later to inform you the cost has gone up and ask if you want to proceed.
