No compren sus vuelos en esta agencia, yo lo hice y me cambiaron mi vuelo sin avisarme después lo cancelaron y tampoco me avisaron, me comuniqué con ellos y solo me daban largas, me comuniqué con la aerolínea y me dijeron que la agencia no había pagado los vuelos y que era un fraude, después la agencia me quería cambiar nuevamente los vuelos, los terminamos cancelando y dicen que me regresaran el dinero en 60 días aún cuando ellos tuvieron la culpa

they booked my flight and when delta realized they were not authorized to sell the ticket they cancelled it and let Flight Channel know. Flight channel never told me and 2 wks before my flight when I tried to add to my Delta app it did not exist. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

We have been scammed! Back in October the flight was purchased, paid by Visa. For some reason Visa declined Purchase I then rebooked at a slightly higher price the next day! I received a confirmation by e mail of the flight, the e mail confirmation lacked detail and I was suspicious, i decided to phone the airline directly to confirm our tickets and not to my surprise we did not have tickets.The term for this ordeal is BAIT AND SWITCH. Flight channel was contacted and after paying more money and not leaving on our desired departure date we have tickets. Please folks be careful

The fast service and the way Mike Jones took me in charge was wonderfull. Phone conversation was really appreciate.

First I had a payment problem, I spoke back to them and they release the payment, I received the book number and eticket. 3 days before the flight I check my reservation and it shows not available, so I call to the airplane and they told me the agency didn´t pay that's why they cancel. Nobody send me any notification

Es una estafa, somos una agencia de viaje, que confiamos en esta pagina, dias antes del vuelo de toda una familia, la cancelan, el vuelo sigue disponible solo que al acercarse el dia, el precio subio, probablemente no lo habian comprado, luego te brindan otra opcion con pesimos horarios, y al aceptar, luego vuelven a decir al dia siguiente que este nuevo itinerario tambien se cancelo( y porque llamamos, porque ellos ni se comunican), y te dan otro, aun peor... luego se opta por el reembolso, pero no quieren hacer el reembolso, que es por una cancelación a ultima hora de parte de ellos, cada vez que te contestan te dicen nuevamente lo mismo, distintos agentes , y nuevamente todo el tiempo de espera, esperar por el reembolso primero 5 dias luego 8 luego 15 dias, luego nuevamente de dicen 7 dias... INCREIBLE¡¡¡...ESTAFA

Patrick Wilson is non existent. All of the reps there have fake names and very think Indian accents and none of them are helpful. They string you along and say they will contact the airline with any issues you have and do nothing about it. The "Patrick Wilson" I spoke to did absolutely NOTHING for me but send me a picture of the FRAUDULENT "virtual" card used to "BUY" my tickets with the airline. They then call the credit card they used to say it's a fraudulent charge, and the airline refunds them. This is the new game they play. You pay them for the round trip ticket with a valid card, they turn around and pay the airline with another card, then claim it's fraud, the airline returns the funds to the card and now SURPISE - they made money from you with the initial payment, plus the amount they got refunded by the airlines, who are ALSO part of the problem because they enable these clowns. They shouldn't be "refunding" anyone at all if it's of a fraudulent origin, and if they're going to, they should give it to the passenger, NOT the scamming travel agency.
