Never use this company. Check reviews. This company is scam.We’ve bought tickets from Vancouver to Lima and back. Paid 2000$ for two people for the round trip. In a month , we came to airport in Lima to fly back to Canada and guess? We didn’t have tickets back! We had to pay 4000$ one way. I submitted my claim with this company in November and still no refund! They keep tell me wait another day, week! If anyone had the same situation , contact me and we gonna submit a group claim to court!

They booked the flight but altered the fare, which reflects poor service and a lack of trustworthiness.

Scam! Never buy from them I bought a flight on Feb 22 for 222$. It was confirmed. On Feb 26 I received a message saying my credit card declined (my credit card works and the limit is 20,000$) they told me that fare is unavailable it now tripled. Basically they were never even offering that 222$ fare

They are a scam company, they will book a flight and then call you saying that the price has increased please pay the increased price to confirm your booking.

Airline changed my flight and I found it by chance. After contacting Flights Channel, the rep insisted I speak to airline, when airline insisted I speak with Broker (Flight Channel). After escalating to a supervisor Patrick was very helpful and arranged alternative flights and called back to confirm.

Flights channel is very easy to make a reservation with. They offer competetive pricing and prompt efficient service. The customer service is always polite and get back to you when promised. We dealt with Mary and Patrick and were very happy.
