I'm glad I purchased my flight with this online travel agency, communication was great and Patrick Wilson was very helpful. Flights are cheaper with Flights Channel, rather than other travel agencies.

I had a great experience. I booked my flight and after that I received a phone call from Patrick Wilson to confirm my credit card details, after a couple of hours I received my flight ticket. He was pending all the time until I received my flight ticket.

Update to my review below!! From 5 stars to none if I could! Do not do business with these guys and don't think you have a flight booked with them because at any time they can claim that your flight didn't end up getting booked. 2nd time in a row that flightschannel made the exact same mistake in putting through the flight reservation which caused the booking to be cancelled not once but twice! Even after they verified on the phone that they had the right information, they still put through the wrong information which caused the same error as the original booking. Contacted them within minutes of finding out there was an error for the 2nd time, but they are again saying that flight is gone and that I need to re-book at a much higher price. What? Same mistake 2 times in a row and I'm out a flight, price is up considerably and even though it's a mistake on their end there is nothing they can do. Original Review "Wow quite surprising. There was a screw up with what I thought was a confirmed flight several days ago, only to get an email today that there was an issue with the reservation. In calling them, they now say the price for the same flight had gone up over double what I had paid and I would have to rebook at the higher price. I was extremely unhappy to say the least. However the agent called me back a few minutes later and said they would in fact honor the original price even though the flights weren't going to be as good as my original reservation. In today's faceless economy I think that is great customer service! I book lots of flights but a first time user of this company. I am now a fan and would not hesitate to book with them again!"

Booked a return flight to Europe . Received a confirmation, stated in my confirmation that they could contact me to verify my credit card information or if there were issues. That due to high volume it could take some time to process , they had multiple ways of contacting me to advise me of a “supposed” issue with my card but did not. It took me multiple times to speak to someone who said there was an issue with the card and someone tried to contact me which is absolutely false. They told me my reservation was pending but now I had to pay 400$ more than a couple days ago. Which of course I refused given the very corrupt nature of this transaction . So the agent tells me she is going to go ahead and cancel my booking. But cannot explain to me how I have a booking to cancel if my booking is invalid ? And if my booking is simply pending why can i not simply pay for it , she could not answer she was unable to even understand the statement and kept apologizing for the inconvenience while trying to get me to agree to paying an extra 400$ . Switch and bait , no thank you .

SCAM!!! They promised a flight at a price and called the next day saying it wasn’t booked and I had to pay a huge difference. AVOID AT ALL COST THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Flights channel booked our flights to Florida in early 2020. Due to Covid the flight was cancelled. American Airlines refunded our money back to Flights channel in March of 2022. After contacting them several times they have yet to refund our money. I offered them to keep any service charge. I just want our flight money back. The last email to them was approximately a few months ago.

The worst experience. This people take your money and work with it. When I was trying to look for my trip on delta web page, I couldn`t find my e-ticket and reservation. I called flight channel, I they just said that my flight was canceled without any reason. Nobody called me and told me about it. I realized that just because I called them. They just said that they refund the money into "1-2 billing cycles", it means more than 30 days if I´m lucky. I'm will be waiting for my money back. For now I have to buy another ticket, obviously more expensive in the last minute.
