Purchased a patio paving kit. 1 slab arrived broken and a couple varied in size from the description given. Helpful customer service from Ritu meant she was promptly able to replace the broken and incorrect sized tiles.

Ordering and costing went well without issue. Delivered on time with great help from to driver who placed the pallets just where I needed them. Further to my last review. After posting the bad review Nustone didn’t stop contacting me. Lots of phone calls. Once I spoke to the team they said they would refund me for my broken tiles but only if I changed my review. I thought I would rather keep my integrity rather than the £68 they were offering to change the review. These platforms are supposed to be for honest customer experiences and mine was awful until I posted the review.

The website was easy to navigate, well laid out and informative. Phone calls were answered very quickly by very knowledgable staff. Unfortunately I had a damage claim on delivery, this was handled extremely professionally by Ritika, she was my dedicated point of contact throughout the process, she was very supportive and professional at all times, arranging replacement slabs and delivering to my home address within two days.
