White Porcelain tiles arrived on time in good condition. They look great. Friendly driver put pallets on driveway, where we wanted them.

Initially brilliant but you did not accept my assurance that I had agreed with your delivery company that they should use a small delivery vehicle because of the width of our lane. You threatened to levy a delivery charge which rather tainted my experience of dealing with you.

It is often totally impracticable to check each and every individually packaged tile within the allotted 3 days for several possible reasons, such as bad weather or lack of spare time. I had 7 crates (280 slabs in total), and discovered a significant number of broken slabs within the 5th crate that I opened. Upon informing Nustone of this I was told that I should have ordered more slabs to allow for breakages (!) and I could use the broken slabs for cuts anyway. As the slabs were smashed to smithereens the only situation I could have used them is on an area of crazy paving. The packaging of the slabs stated ‘Complaints will not be entertained after laying of the slabs’. This is wholly misleading and should be changed to simply say ‘Complaints will not be entertained’. Avoid this bunch of shysters.

It would be nice if you could get through direct to your local branch rather than to a call handler, some who don’t call you back. When you speak to someone in branch they are very helpful.
