Delivery as promised by third party company,product (natural sand stone) delivered in a crate which was damaged but contents OK looking forward to seeing finished patio.After sales dept very good/informative.

Really nice paving, delivered when expected. Only downside is the fact that we only had three days in which to report any broken slabs. We had to open and unload all the crates to examine them, which was not good as the patio is not bring laid yet. The delivery guy was excellent, having been told we would only have a kerbside delivery, he kindly stacked them in pur garage.

Ordering was straight forward. I had a call from Paletline delivery within 3 days to arrange delivery so I received my paving within a week. Unfortunately yhe delivery driver did not have our contact number so wasted about 45 minutes of his time finding our house - but all ended well.

Good impartial advice on choice of patio tiles. Great communication about order progress and delivery. Although delivery didn’t quite go as planned, the issue was fixed that afternoon by some great teamwork and flexibility.

Although one package of tiles broken in the pallet. I spoke with staff and they immediately replaced the item. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Delivery very good and I was informed at every step. The only critical thing I have to say, is the stone is so much lighter than I was expecting, nothing like on line.
