I requested the earliest delivery but instead, got a late delivery. My builders were sat around for most of the day and the tracking was unavailable. Not ideal at all

Not the best website. I couldn't get Klarna to work and there was no help or support available to assist me. I placed my order with a rival stone company in the end, £3.5k of slate. Sorry

Items were delivered within 4days and courier dropped at exact location on my drive. Everything was well packed. Not opened as of yet due to ground prepping. UPDATE Sadly upon opening the packaging there were 2 cracked slabs which I was able to use has cuts but also 2 that had been shattered. I did experience an issue with Nustone as their policy states all damages must be reported within 3 days of delivery. This I find bizzare as there’s no way can I check 80 individually packed slabs in that time. Bearing in mind I was ordering all my stuff prior to job starting. So please all beware of this. Also they will not replace the slabs only refund you. That’s no good if you end up a few short through breakages Sheena who I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. I agreed to the refund for broken slabs but eventually ended up one short. Product 10/10 Returns policy 1/10 Delivery 10/10 Customer service 8/10 Would I use again ? For small projects yes, larger projects , No purely because of their 3 day damage policy. Next project is 340 slabs. To be checked in 3 days. No chance
