I initially had a very bad experience with my delivery. The package arrived late and I was charged extra fees unexpectedly. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I was contacted by customer service member called Ritu, who assisted me. She was very understanding and promptly reimbursed the extra charges I had paid. Thanks to Ritu's excellent customer service, I am changing my rating to 4 stars. I appreciate her efforts in resolving my issue.

All went very smooth from ordering on line on the Saturday was informed on the Thursday the order was on its way that afternoon delivered by a friendly delivery driver by crane lorry. really well packaged excellent service and really nice porcelain slabs at a good price very happy

The full crate of 900x600 porcelain tiles were banded together several times unfortunately one tile fell off the pallet on the opposite end when band was cut and one tile was defective on the pallet. Nustone as part of its customer service has offered to refund on the two tiles, I am very happy with the choice of the tiles.

I ordered 1200x600 tiles and they are very impressive. The price was very reasonable and I think it was the best price in the market. Also, delivered with 5 working days as they promised.

Got the Nero Porcelain outdoor tiles which look superb. There was an issue where 7 tiles were damaged in transit. I have to say their customer service is top notch, was offered a refund or replacement and the replacement tiles were with me within a couple of days. For me personally it is how a company repsonds when accidents happen and Nustone were exceptional. Special mention to Ritika who made sure my claim with them went through smoothly. 100% recommend.
