I recently purchased a quantity of porcelain paving from Nustone at Marks Tey and was very pleased with the excellent assistance I was given while making my choice. I found the website extremely easy to use and the site at Marks Tey very helpful in showcasing all the different tiles available in a large paved area. Harry, who dealt with all my questions, was particularly helpful and was happy to give advice and spend as much time as I needed to make up my mind. What a delightful young man. Knowledgeable and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. He returned all my calls promptly and made follow-up calls to ensure my super-quick delivery had arrived safely and to check I was happy with everything in general. I would definitely recommend Nustone.

Excellent website with great prices and variety of pack sizes. ordered 2 packs of 16sqm sandstone black slabs. All arrived within time and in great condition. very happy.

After weeks of calls and being read the same script week after week i finally managed to get the slabs I requested but they all were marked and looked like seconds.

Easy website to navigate, the rules we received looked exactly how they looked in the photos. Super quick service and speedy delivery. Extremely reasonably priced compared to other manufactures but for such a high quality product. Would highly recommend and would use for all future projects.

Cannot fault the sandstone slabs we recieved,they are excellent. We had some issues with delivery, with no notification from the delivery company until an hour before it was due, and then the wrong accessory products were delivered. Customer services agent Jennifer has been great in organising the re-delivery of the correct items and return of the wrong ones. Pleased with how Nustone customer services have supported us.

We had some damaged slabs and they will not replace them or refund the cost! Terrible customer service! Check their policy before ordering from them. Other companies replace any that are damaged. Will not use these again. They also charge an extortionate handling fee for any extras you need after a full crate..

Would like to thank Nustone and in particular Vishal for both their excellent product, and also their top notch customer service. Great delivery easy process , only downside is the large surcharge applied if they have to split a pallet of tiles which is considerable, I didn’t need two full pallets unfortunately .
