In terms of quality of the tiles and how they look, they look very nice but seem potentially quite fragile. Two of the tiles were broken during the delivery, which the company seem to take no responsibility for and have some % acceptable breakage amount, which is absolutely ridiculous considering they are charging you for the tiles! They don't offer refunds or replacement for these. The delivery was also originally showing as Friday, which I had then arranged the paver to be here to check through the delivery, it then turned up Saturday when I had two kids on my own for the next few days and no time to check over the order. Also, the delivery driver didn't seem to want to wait for me to attempt to check the order either. All in all, wouldn't use them again, stick to tile mountain or others. EDIT: They eventually agreed to refund one of the broken tiles, so it's improved things but still think they can do better.

Great company, delivery on time, great quality paving slabs.

My order was promised on three separate occasions and never turned up . when the delivery driver did appear he rang to say he couldnt get passed a car on the entrance to the road ...there are three entrances to the road .Really poor performance in the end we cancelled the order as it put our site works back two weeks

Excellent website and easy to use. Ordered a simple first, and arrived in 5 days. I was happy with it, so I ordered a crate being 64 slabs. They arrived in 5 working days . Excellent service. I would recommend.

Great company selling great products

The price was very good. The paving stones are heavy and came very well packaged. I have bought these elsewhere before and the crate they came in was very poor quality, made a pleasant change to find a crate of real quality and the paving well protected.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit concerned however everything went well.Once the payment was cleared the delivery was quick the driver was helpful and there were no breakages.I would definitely use nustone again.

We visited the Marks Tey Store today. We we really pleased with both selection and quality. Though by far the best thing was the excellent customer service.
