Netherlands | 19 December 2023The customer service was extremely sluggish. We encountered a significant issue where the bike was operating autonomously, posing a serious safety risk. Resolving this problem took an excessively long time. As a customer, I had to rent a van to travel to Den Haag for the bike's repairs. I am deeply dissatisfied with the poor customer service, especially considering the high cost of the bike.

Dit is echt een verschrikkelijke fiets om te hebben als de grond ook maar iets van vochtig is. Ik zou lekker ergens anders gaan zoeken voor een fiets niet bij super73.

France | 19 November 2023The bike was great when it worked. It is a nightmare now that it is broken. However when it breaks down and it will there are no parts. And if there are parts they are ridiculously priced!! 800€ for a replacement battery. I can buy a whole other bike for that price. It took over a month to diagnose the failure and all they could give me as a fix that they couldn’t guarantee would work is a 799€ battery. Look elsewhere. Judge a company not by their product, but by their customer service. A waste of 2000€ that lasted 2 years and a half.

Netherlands | 20 October 2023this is a bike designed in california FOR california, ride this bike in a wet country like the Netherlands and you can expect your shoes and legs to be thoroughly soaked and splattered with dirt, Super73 needs to seriously consider this for their dutch market.
