Bought the bike and am having a blast! The app could use some work as it doesn't save settings so for every use you have to change settings. (You can use other apps that don't have this problem)

The customer service was extremely sluggish. We encountered a significant issue where the bike was operating autonomously, posing a serious safety risk. Resolving this problem took an excessively long time. As a customer, I had to rent a van to travel to Den Haag for the bike's repairs. I am deeply dissatisfied with the poor customer service, especially considering the high cost of the bike.

Heb zelf al bijna twee jaar een zx het is een leuke fiets om te hebben, maar zodra de grond ook maar een beetje te vochtig is word je zeik en zeik nat. Dit is echt een verschrikkelijke fiets om te hebben als de grond ook maar iets van vochtig is. Ik zou lekker ergens anders gaan zoeken voor een fiets niet bij super73.

Je rug word zeiknat en zit onder de blubber ook heb je hetspatbord erop ze zijn gewoon te kort en dat voor 70 euro vind het veel te duur niet blij mee

Great experience with getting advice on the best bike that suits me but also afterwards with troubleshooting or getting some accessories. I get stopped in my tracks quite often to be asked about the bike, it’s a looker.

The bike was great when it worked. It is a nightmare now that it is broken. However when it breaks down and it will there are no parts. And if there are parts they are ridiculously priced!! 800€ for a replacement battery. I can buy a whole other bike for that price. It took over a month to diagnose the failure and all they could give me as a fix that they couldn’t guarantee would work is a 799€ battery. Look elsewhere. Judge a company not by their product, but by their customer service. A waste of 2000€ that lasted 2 years and a half.

We had problemen with the battery and they gave us a new one..

I now have three in my collection zg, zx rx and I am very happy with it is a really nice feeling on this bikes, I recommend it to everyone ​

this is a bike designed in california FOR california, ride this bike in a wet country like the Netherlands and you can expect your shoes and legs to be thoroughly soaked and splattered with dirt, Super73 needs to seriously consider this for their dutch market.

We have a bike out or order since mid july and we still wait a controler for it. We already send 3 mails with no answers.... A warranty for a chrger was fast but for this other bike it's a real shame and our client is seriously angy.
