Moin, moin aus Deutschland. Ich starte erstmal langsam, ich habe mein ZX im Jahr 2021 bekommen und war anfangs mehr als nur begeistert von dem Fahrrad, es ist einfach vom Design unbeschreiblich schön und auch das Fahrgefühl ist jedesmal ein Genuss, nur leider ist es beim Thema Reparaturen jeglicher Art immer ein Schmerz den man dann bekommt, denn leider ist der Support eine Katastrophe...egal worum es geht ob es um Ersatzteile oder allgemeine Fragen geht, kann man sich darauf einstellen das es mindestens 2 Wochen braucht, bevor überhaupt eine Antwort kommt, ist schon sehr ärgerlich...ist ja kein Fahrrad für n Paar Hundert Euro...da wünsche man sich schon nen guten Service aber naja vielleicht ändert sich dies vielleicht ja auch irgendwann :). Ich wollte einfach nur gerne meine Erfahrung hier mitteilen und hoffe einfach, dass sich das Thema bezüglich des Supports irgendwann mal verbessert, damit nicht immer ein unangenehmes Gefühl vorhanden ist, sobald irgendwas am Fahrrad defekt ist und man weiß (sc heiße) das wird Monate dauern bis eine Lösung gefunden ist. Schöne Woche noch allen !

Rücksendung der Ware wird nicht übernommen. Komplizierter Rücksendeprozeß....vorherige Erlaubnis der Rücksendung einholen, Paket fotografieren, Fragebogen ausfüllen, Versand in die Niederlande mind. 10€, dann erst evtl. Erstattung nach vorheriger Begutachtung....insgesamt super aufwendig...nie wieder

I head the pleasure of picking up our new Super73 RX bike today. I must say that the experience, friendliness and expertise were as great as our recent visit when we made some test drives and all questions were answered. We are now also creating a customised biked, super excited. Many thanks to all the team at Super73 in Amsterdam! Especially also to Daan, Wilco, Dillon and (I am sorry I lost your name) the Italian dude that gave the opportunity to test all bikes we wanted and gave us all time needed to ask questions, look around and giving the experience. My wheel was flat after 2 weeks of riding, I had to put the light again because was moving, almost felling of. The brakes already make noises. After 1 month I both it. I though was a bit more qualitative.

2 weken na aanschaf gooien ze mogelijkheid om off-road te rijden er van af. Dat is de enige reden waarom ik de fiets gekocht heb!!! Probeer maar eens te fietsen op een bike van 32 kg zonder noemenswaardige trapondersteuning! Je haalt net 8km/h. Echt een aanfluiting. Koop deze fiets niet!

Would give 4/5 before they updated the app and limited it to 25 km/h. Now I have super heavy bike that I can barely ride.

I have been driving an RX for 1.5 years. For this type of e-bike, SUPER73 can certainly be called the market leader. Nevertheless, one lives with many minor and major problems that would never be acceptable in this price range for normal bikes. This also applies in particular to spare parts. For example, there was never an available battery at any time. I loved the bike with all its problems anyway, until SUPER73 has decided to throttle the engine power via OTA update by more than 80%. The bike is now no longer rideable, expensive original accessories no longer usable and on the part of the company there was neither an announcement nor an explanation. Hands off SUPER73!

Nothing wrong with the bike apart from the company has shafted all UK and EU customers by taking away off road mode, which a lot paid extra for! Retort from them when questioned about was “have a wonderful day”. Pathetic company and customer service.

Super 73 have just updated The ride app that links with the bike which allowed greater functionality for both off-road and on. not only have super 73 updated the app on all new bikes but all bikes in circulation in Europe and UK have now had their functionality removed. The super 73 community is disgusted by this. and unfortunately I couldn’t give no lower than one star

Ok. Don’t get me wrong, I’ve owned the bike for about a year and it’s been great. All has changed today. They have changed their settings for every 73 owner. All bikes will now only do 12.5MPH!! Useless because the bike is far to heavy!! Save your money!! I was all for super 73 but now it’s not rideable, it’s just an expensive chunk of metal that’ll rust away in my shed.

Paid £3000+ for a bike with off-road features, literally the only other reason to choose this bike over another worth thousands less. They have now removed that feature for the entire of Europe. Restricted to 250W motor power, however bike is nearly 40KG so you will now struggle to get pedal bike speed and unable to climb small hills. This update was forced and now every single bike has sub-par performance. AVOID! They have managed to erase their European market in a single day so do not buy, you can get a EPAC bike with similar style and performance for 1/3 of the price. Super73 has lost the trust of the entire community.

Fiets had al direct problemen met de accu. Daarna viel de trapper er spontaan van af. Kan gebeuren dat je een maandagmorgen model krijgt. Voor deze prijs zullen ze het vast netjes oplossen. Niks is minder waar. Eerst honderden formulieren invullen. Dan een Service Center die vrijwel niet beschikbaar is en weinig flexibel met oplossingen. Enige plek waar ze onderhoud doen is Amsterdam en je moet je fiets zelf brengen. Verder blijkt dat ze zwaar onderbemand zijn voor het aantal problemen dat ze met hun fietsen hebben. Als verantwoording hiervoor verwijzen ze naar de kleine letters in de algemene voorwaarden. Dus dat je alles maar moet pikken want je hebt akkoord gegeven. Zou niemand aanraden om met Super 73 in zee te gaan.

Suite à mon achat d'un model RX, certain point ne sont pas satisfaisant. Pas de suivi de commande, suite à l'achat un lien renvoi sur une entreprise .NL qui ne va nul part. Le jour de la livraison c'est une surprise ! Les délais sont cependant respectés. Au déballage mauvaise surprise garde boue avant est voilé et désaxé par rapport à la roue ( pas un problème lié au transport le carton était en bon état). Un mail part immédiatement avec des photos, quelques jours après un retour de la maison mère U.S pour me dire qu'ils le transmettent à super73 U.E... Et puis plus rien. J'ai eu quelques soucis pour mettre à jour le logiciel du vélo, mais j'ai fini par régler le problème seul, pas de retour de super73. Sur le vélo lui même le moteur est vraiment puissant et fourni une très(très) bonne assistance. Les pneus sont vraiment très gros, la selle est confortable la position est différente d'un vélo conventionnel les jambes sont plus en avant, très "cruzing". En position off road, debout, le vélo manque de stabilité on se retrouve trop près du guidon. Les câbles passent souvent dans le cadre mais pour le reste c'est un peu l'anarchie, cachés par quelques plastiques les câbles sortent un peu de partout. C'est vraiment moyen. Enfin je déplore aussi un passage de vitesse qui reste coincé, il faut que je le repousse systématique en arrière pour passer de nouveau un rapport, bof. Bilan un super vélo qui impressionne par son moteur, mais pour le reste il beaucoup plus cher que sa qualité ne laisse paraitre.
