Old Review Not satisfied at all, bought the bike in early February and was expecting a delivery with a week or 2 based on the information I got on their own homepage. Now its 2 month later and allot of communication email with the support (they are amazing btw) I still have not got I delivered, and no one seems to know where the bike is? Because of this I can’t recommend this company and would advice not to buy from them. Understand me right, the support has been as helpful as they can, but the issue has not been solved one bit and the only thing I got was to be more patient…after 2 months and counting im starting to feel a bit run out. So great at making promises but not so great at delivering on that promises in the end. Bought a product, payed the money, no product for over 2 months and now the product seems to be gone (guess its "to be continiued"). ------------------------------------------------------------- Edit 13/4 -21 I want to be fair and give a honest update on what happened since my first review was published. Super 73 really helped me out and showed that they did take my issues very serious. After some detective work on their part the found an issue with the tracking nr (this was probably a simple human error, and no one need to be blamed for this) that was solved easy when discovered. There still is a bit of disappointment do to how this matter was handled in the beginning do to not reaching out informing me about long delivery times and so on. BUT! Super 73 – you f---d up in the beginning but you allso did walk the extra mile to help me out and solve the issue and for that I am incredibly grateful! And yes, the bike worked perfectly and is as close to perfect as it can get! So happy with how things turned out in the end and yes i trust them enough to buy parts or more bikes from them in the future. Faith in super 73 is restored and special thanks to Angie at the support for all the help you gave me! You really helped me out and it means the world.

I think they should change the name of these bikes because “Super” just doesn’t cut it. “AbsolutelyFreakin’SuperDuperFantastic73” would be a much better fit. I’m having the best time on this thing cruising through Amsterdam. Thanks for the test ride Sandra, you’re the best!

I have a really bad experience with Super73 and would not recommend it. I bought a ZG back in December, received it mid-January, which unfortunately it came broken, the display and battery wasn't working. Contacted customer service, it took them almost two months to send me a new display and seatbucket. Installed all the new parts and took it for a ride but the power assist wasn't working. Contacted customer service once again, now I have to wait for them to send me a new sensor. Who knows if it will work. It's been more than 3 months since I got the bike and still didn't even got one chance to ride it properly. They could of easily just deliver a new bike or give my money back. Update; I got called by Super73 to discuss my situation which I appreciate because I was frustrated for a long time. They asked me to give them one more chance so they can show me what Super73 is truly all about. Apparently my case is 1 in 1000, so with still some hope I gave them my last chance. In less than two weeks, with a lot of communication and getting regular updates, Super73 has made me change my whole perspective on the company. I want to congrats Kurt and his team for going above and beyond to help me out and make me trust the company once again. Finally, I got the chance to ride my bike and it’s for sure above my expectations. I am a happy customer and 100% recommend the ZG for a daily use in the Netherlands.🏆

The process of purchase on your website was frustrating and tedious, due to the new nofraud program cancelling orders randomly. But your friendly and helpful customer care made up for it. I cannot imagine having to go through so much trouble with my next purchase on your website.

Terrible terrible experience. Ordered 2 bikes and in Oct 2020. It’s now March 2020 and one bike is still not working. Terrible quality and customer service is very poor and the customer has to continually chase!!
