The Bike is awesome and a lot of fun. On the downside: the speedometer does not work and in the android app i cant switch to mode 4. It would be awesome if i could activate a throttle in every mode.

The bike is nice but if you need help with spare parts because your brake lights just died without ant reason, you need to wait for more then 5 months. No update from the company it self. You need to mail the company every month to know when tou receive it. Also the frond fenders are still bad. Still no new frond fenders to protect my face for splashing water, also no update on the process of that

I am very happy with the service and repair. The sensor had gone out, due to water in the system that couldn't get out. All is replaiced with new parts and a solution was made to get the water out in the future so it will not happen again. Repairs were made in a day.

super 73 everyone sings their praise the company is a shambles their support is rubbish takes days to answer your email if not longer after a bike firmware update the bike is dead in the water the bike just won't work at all and we are all still waiting for the fix the bikes are useless i have another hobby witch needs firmware updates from a very well known company witch i won't mention if their update fails and doesn't sort the fix they put out a new update more or less the next day and their updates are more complicated

The only bike to go for in my opinion is their top range RX version. Although it may take a few weeks to arrive, the feeling of your first ride with it is amazing and worth the wait and asking price. With regard to customer service : It is outstanding. My problem occurred around 1000km in , a simple replacement of AXLE (inside the peddle) needed replacing, and since there are no stockists in Portugal, I presumed my problem may take a while. Not to be the case. My dealings with Nadia, Tessa, Sander, Sandra over the days that followed saw my bike back up and running again in no time. As well as going the extra mile (ahem) to give the 3rd party mechanic a free Super 73 hat and myself too along with a t shirt. But it was also the genuine care that was shown over the phone which is so important these days, especially when something that is so useful to you is halted momentarily. So yeah in summary ; Price - 10 After sales service - 10 Product - 10 Overall - 10 !!!

Don't know on what this Review is exactly aplliceable but i am going to leave it in genaral, For the amount of cash i bought the bike i would expect better service, when i enter some issue or question it takes far to long to get response. The ttracking and comunication of my order was not great i paid and it was finger crossed when my package finally arrived, the website doesnt keep you up to date on news and items to add to youre bike . i can go on but dont feel like typing any more.

hey Super73, been in Support Contact with you, especially Sandra , since warmer days last year, from my first try to find out how to purchase one of your bikes, over the help to clear Company Leasing Issues, to finally realize Leasing with Luxury Gadgets Germany, because of german leasing holders are not allowed to make contracts with foreign shops, because of the support and maintenance availability and realisation, through all this four month awaiting to receive the bike at earliest in end of february, the Super73 Support did do best to me by answering everything i need to know and help to find a way to overcome at sudden problematics, thanx for answering every of my twenty emails nice and profounded, let me do right decisions, good products, from good company, all made by competence and emphatic that your Staff brings to Life, thanx
