United States | 19 January 2022I got Aubrey Organics - Pure Aloe Vera Refreshing Spray - 8 fl. oz for my hair. My hair loves aloe. It curls, it coils, it's very happy. But...my skin loves this too. If I'm up too late I spray it on my face and gently rub it in and my skin feels soft and not oily in the morning. Nice discovery.

Tienen mucha variedad de productos más económicos que en España, pero ellos no revisan si esos productos pueden entrar o no al país. Yo pedí entre otras cosas Vitamina D y desde hace poco está prohibido que entre en España. Al pedir reembolso a Lucky Vitamins, ya que no has recibido nada, te dicen que no es su responsabilidad y que eres tu quien debe informarse antes de hacer el pedido de lo que puede o no puede entrar en tu país. Las respuestas a todos sus e-mails son textos predeterminados en inglés, no se molestan en contestar lo que solicitas personalmente. Una experiencia horrible

United Kingdom | 14 January 2022I ordered some supplements that I read would help my health in the environment I work in. I found what I was looking for so ordered the product. After 3 months nothing came in the post so I contacted Lucky Vitamin. Yes we're looking into this for you. Numerous emails later I have now been told that I can't pursue my claim any further and that I have a $10 voucher to use. So now I have a voucher which I won't use with a company that doesn't send you the product or rectify the problem. I'm not using them as they didn't deliver in the first place. On the other hand after every email sent they request how was your email? Did we do good? Well NO Lucky Vitamin you didn't. So on that note I shall not be recommending Lucky Vitamin to anyone ever.

The ordering and delivery process was smooth and I was able to track my package. Ordered on 27 December and received item on 7 January which is pretty quick considering all the bank holidays. Will definitely use this website again!

United Kingdom | 11 January 2022Is it possible to give less than one star??? So the reason this company is called lucky Vitamin. Is because you’ll be Lucky to get your order! Or lucky to get an actual answer out of them! I placed an order over a week ago and paid for express delivery. A week after ordering it I checked the tracking to see where it was. It showed as “on back order” fair enough. I used the chat to check. Their agent assured me this was incorrect and the order was actually in picking. Great! So I waited and received no shipment confirmation. I contacted again. The same agent told me it was now “packed”. Although annoyed it was taking so long. I simply asked “when will it be shipped”. I was told they can not answer that??? At this point I have little faith they are going to fulfill my order so I said, “ok cancel it instead” they replied. “We can not do that at this stage”. So they can’t tell me when it will ship, but also can’t cancel it. (My tracking link still stated on back order). After much persistance the agent said they would raise it with their “operations team” to see if it could be refunded. I patiently waited another 2 days for a response. Guess what? Nothing! So I contacted them on chat again. Now my order has gone from being packed back into picking! They still can’t cancel it. Or tell me when, if ever it will be shipped!! When challenged today saying they just keep putting you off until it is actually too late. They even admitted it! I strongly urge you all not to use this company! If people have had good experiences. Fair enough. However, from my experience they not only struggle to fulfill the order. They lie to you and offer poor customer service along they way!

United States | 07 January 2022I ordered a product from them in Mid Sept 2021. About a month later (mid October), I wanted to return it for a refund - I have 60 days to do so (per their policy). I requested the return and immediately got the Return Merch Authorization (RMA). I went to USPS that day. So I returned it (shipped) within 32 days - sent product back on Oct 19th, 2021. It arrived in Berlin, WI on October 28, 2021 - then it did NOT move since today (01-07-2022). I kept checking the tracking number and last data point was November 19, 2021 and STILL in Berlin, WI then and today!! I contacted LuckyVitamin @ early December and explained to them what happened - basically their carrier they use (FedEx Smartpost) failed. I asked for a refund since it was obvious that this package is lost. They looked into for about a week or two and said it was out of their hands because of their 60-Day Return Policy. I told them it was NOT my fault that the carrier lost the package and still stuck in WI. I did return it within 32 days - well under the 60 Days. They still said NO. Been trying for past two weeks to resolved this but no good. I cannot file a claim with FedEx because the Company must do so (Smartpost rules). They won't even do that. So, I am out the package and my money!! Do NOT do business with these people at Luckyvitamin.com.

I have been a Happy Shopper today, given good discounts from Microsoft and Lucky, Thanks!

Canada | 06 January 2022I purchased 2 bottles of supplements they were both sealed but upon opening the second bottle the protective foil was half opened and the cap has brown stuff on it. The pills seem ok but the cap looks nasty, luckily I still had the old bottle so I switched caps.

Согласна со всеми предыдущими отзывами, более 2-х месяцев жду свой заказ, отвечает робот на все сообщения, ладно хоть сумма заказа небольшая. Вообщем не связывайтесь, а для меня послужит уроком на будущее
