Website offered a code for a discount offer my first order and then wouldn’t allow me to use it. No explanation as to how to make the order compliant. Frustrating. Also only indicated that free shipping was available for a minimum order amount but only after the order was placed.

My order never arrived and was returned to LuckyVitamins, which is verifiable by track-and-trace, yet I am refused a refund (of 90 dollars). It is over 2 months ago and my e-mails are ignored. The reason my order didn't arrive was a flaw in their system (an old address was used even though I had updated my new address in both my order and my account). They admitted this mistake, yet still no refund. Criminal.

I had ordered some products and was never notified that my products were not going to be shipped until a month later. I had to go to your website and chat with someone to see what was going on. If this happens in the future it would be nice to be notified that our order is delayed and a timeframe.

Ik snap niet waar al die negatieve reviews vandaan komen. Ik bestel vaker bij LV, en ik heb nog nooit problemen gehad. Soms duurt het wat langer, maar het moet dan ook uit de VS komen. Maar altijd prima verpakt, en veeeeelllll voordeliger dan de winkels in NL voor exact dezelfde producten. Scheelt soms de helft!

Ho sempre acquistato dal loro sito. Merce arrivata sempre. Non capisco perché ci siano persone che si lamentano e lasciano feed negativi, sappiate che ci troviamo in Italia e che tutto ciò che entra da fuori Europa deve passare dalla dogana se ovviamente fate un pacco con 3000 prodotti dentro la dogana si insospettisce e vuole vedere la fattura di acquisto in modo da far pagare l'IVA "come giusto che sia" perché in quel caso per loro non è più per uso personale ma per commercio quindi un consiglio fate ordini piccoli massimo di 6 articoli e ne fate più di uno e vero mettendo tuttoin un unica spedizione si risparmia ma non sempre è così. Comunque io per parere mio continuerò sempre ad ordinare da loro.
