I shipped internationally. Their website indicates they are prepared and willing to do so. Paid for shipping and customs. Have been waiting weeks to find out where my order is. The first time I sent an email I got a canned response that said be patient. They sent 2 tracking numbers. I have emailed Lucky Vitamins and DHL more than once. I am not getting a response from Lucky Vitamins, DHL says the tracking numbers are not in their system. Will NOT use again.

The package didnt arrive i don't reccoment i didnt get my package and I didnt get a refund. They made me wait 40days To file a complaint.I waited I wrote to them. I got a message that I do not have a package and I will not get my money back.

Here is my story of how LuckyVitamin is almost like a scammer, from which many people have shared many similar or bad experiences of buying products and suggested staying away. I have two orders that are under delivery process, but there are a couple of products that have been AUTOMATICALLY canceled due to the shortage AFTER I placed the orders, and the packages got shipped out WITHOUT ANY FURTHER CONFIRMATION WITH ME. Their customer representative just disappeared and didn’t seem to respond to my emails when I was asking for full cancelation of my orders or waiting for all the products I placed available back in stock. Even though they only charged me for the products that got shipped out, still, this is not the way of offering a sales service that forces consumers to accept the deal that has been changed without their awareness. Now the packages are on the way to my country, and I can only choose to take them without a couple of products I originally placed in the orders OR leave them to get them shipped back to their warehouse but without any refunds back. Besides that, their shipment is EXTREMELY slow that for sure will drive you nuts, which, according to comments from others, even sometimes gets your packages lost and never finishes the delivery, and of course, no refunds back. Also, they will close the window of canceling an order in a very short time after you placed it and take a very long time to ship the package out. I had a wonderful experience with iHerb, but it is currently not available for me because they have some issues with the custom in my country. Otherwise, LuckyVitamin has no way to compare to and compete with iHerb in my experiences, and I will NEVER EVER suggest their service to anyone. Easy to find the products I want

Out of paid 209 EUR only 116 have been refunded. The total sum 209 should have been refunded. They declare their products the way that customs identify them as PROHIBITED ITEMS. Then they say: "an additional restocking fee may be assessed for any fees incurred by Lucky Vitamin to return the products to our warehouse (including return postage, handling, storage, and quarantine fees)" ...and then refund you the half. And only when you ask them to refund. If you don't ask they won't even think about it. A second thought - do they especially declare the goods as "prohibited" to be shipped back and steal from you the half of the amount paid? Scammers.

J'ai commandé le 26 Novembre. Nous sommes le 10/02. Plus d'une vingtaine de mails envoyés à un service client qui se fiche totalement de savoir si les clients vont recevoir leur marchandise, quand et comment. Du moment où ils encaissent l'argent, ils n'en ont plus rien à faire. Rahma Akmad (LuckyVitamin) du service client n'a jamais fait quoi que ce soit pour m'aider. Aucun suivi possible, aucun appel à DHL censé livrer le colis, toujours bloqué en douane depuis le 9 Décembre. J'ai contacté tout le monde : La Poste (toujours plus inutile aussi, qui dit que Lucky Vitamin doit les contacter), DHL (qui dit que c'est La Poste ou Lucky Vitamin qui doit les contacter) et enfin Lucky Vitamin qui dit de contacter DHL ou La Poste. N'est-ce pas fantastique? Tout le monde se rejette la faute. Au final, c'est l'éxpéditeur qui ne veut pas m'aider, c'est donc clairement leur faute. Un site qui vend donc des produits sans pouvoir vous assurer que vous allez vraiment les recevoir. ARNAQUE TOTALE!!! Achetez ailleurs!!!

Esta empresa no realiza devoluciones de dinero sihay algún problema. En mi caso, la aduana no dejo ingresar un producto y lo devolvió al remitente. Ellos recibieron el producto de vuelta, sin embargo no me hicieron devolución del dinero aduciendo "políticas internas" Es algo que solo me ha sucedido con ellos, con todas las otras tiendas de suplementos, cuando el producto es devuelto al remitente ellos te reembolsan asi que se que en esta empresa no se puede confiar.

Great selection and great prices. Product takes a little longer to arrive as I am in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan Canada but very pleased over all.

I ordered a product, I never receive it, the product had returned into their warehouse, I have the proof of the transporter but they deny this and dont't want to refund me soustaining that they didn't receive anything. I lost 38,70 euros because of them and lot of time wasted with mails, DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. NEVER. UNTRUSTFUL COMPANY.

Empresa péssima.. As duas encomendas q fiz juntas demoraram 3 meses para chegar em Portugal, quando chegaram fui tributada. Paguei mais 60,00€ para recebe-las. Recebi 1 só encomenda, a outra nunca veio. Pedi meu dinheiro de volta pela outra, de valor maior, pq não a recebi. Eles disseram q só poderiam fazer o reembolso qdo a encomenda voltasse para eles e me mandariam email. Não mandaram e agora disseram q o prazo para devolução do dinheiro passou dos 90 dias..Ou seja, fui furtada em 105,00€.Ficaram com os produtos e com meu dinheiro. Não os recomendo a ninguém..
