Clark shoes have always been great with style and comfortable and always on time when ordering.

They shipped in from across the states and arrived within the amount of time I was told. They’re a gift for somebody tomorrow and they’re beautiful shoes. I’m sure they’re gonna love them.

I started wearing clarks 15 years ago always comfortable,and so many styles.I lived in England in the 70"s for 5 years but never heard of Clarks until the 2000's if I had known about this company I would have got a pair.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes the same size. 1 pair was labeled with the correct size, but 1 pair was incorrectly labeled and the shoes were at least 3 sizes too small.

Didn’t receive updates on my order. So was worried somehow the product was delivered and stolen or lost.

The first shoes didn’t fit so I ordered an exchange. They were high quality and nice and I was excited about them. The policy is they will not send the new size until they receive the original shoes. So I immediately go to the post office to send. After weeks and weeks it looks like my return is in limbo. Customer service won’t respond to me. I needed these for Christmas and waited and waited and then on Christmas Eve, I get an email saying they are out of stock and have cancelled my order. Very very disappointing and I can’t say that I would ever buy from Clark’s again unfortunately

I tried two different sizes and neither one fit. I am going to send them back. Can you tell me where you actually have stores in Vincennes IN or surrounding area that have your Clarks shoes?

Experience has been great!! The shoes feel good. The size has been perfect. Getting 1/2 a size up would help w fitting.
