Shoes are warm and comfortable however I did get a blister on my heel until they were worn a few times! I’m a little concerned that the suede in the shoe may wear off but they are low heeled and comfortable to wear plus warm for cold Minnesota days. I also like the rubber sole, not slippery.

Clarke used to be my favorite brand. Most comfortable. Not any more. I did see bad quality, uncomfortable sole, and I am mostly returning my purchases

Horrible purchase experience. When I tried to purchase my order I could not enter my address because you did not have my apartment number 4114- you only had 4113 and 4112 which makes no since and your system does not allow manual entry. I called and emailed but got no response. I entered my PO Box instead to only find out when i my package kept getting delayed that UPS does not deliver to a PO Box and I had to pay extra to have it rerouted to a UPS store then I had to travel an hour to the store to pick it up. Your website does not say anywhere that we cannot deliver to a PO Box nor if you use UPS or united states postal service or Fedex, it says nothing about how it will be delivered or restrictions. As much as your shoes cost i would expect better customer service. Then when I finally called and talked to someone about my order I was told once the order is shipped you all have no control over the tracking or routing of the package then the customer service agent said he did not understand my words when I was explaining what happening with the delay in delivery. Your website is not user friendly, cannot find the shoes I am looking for, i see them advertised on Instagram i click on the shoe does not take me to the shoe on your website then its hard to find the shoe i am looking for. This is ridiculous.

Excellent quality of products.

I love the shoes, the quality and the fact you carry wide width. I find it difficult finding them elsewhere.

The shoe was too big but returning it is a hassle and NOT free. Will not be purchasing on the website again. Still love the shoes, will probably only purchase from a third party like Amazon or Kohls.

What makes me continue wearing Clarks is the quality, the softness and the comfort of the shoe specially when I find my size in (wide).

Checkout was supposed to be 30% off but instead I was charged the full amt. Customer service had a cue they said I had to wait until I received the shoes to get the discount which meant I had to call again and wait in a cue. The shoes arrived in a few days and they are good quality.

The shoes are very comfortable and the padding is great

The bootie had two zippers-one function and one decorative. I had to return the bootie as I couldn’t get my foot into it with only one functional zipper. The bootie was a beautiful style and waterproof which is exactly why I ordered it. Very disappointed in the fit.
