Kokob did a brilliant job scanning my teeth and was very friendly throughout the process.

I met Kokob today for my scan and she was so lovely and chatty! She was so great at telling me about the process and really personable. Highly recommend! Looking forward to getting my retainers soon 😀

Kokob has been fantastic and very accommodating given I needed to my scan earlier than the original team they open. Very professional, polite and patient.

I have been very patient with NewSmile and it has been issue after issue since agreeing to having the night aligners made. I agreed to pay more than $1,000 and I am currently paying on aligners that I have yet to receive and I placed my order in January (it is now June) and have already paid over $400 on them. Initially when I ordered the kit they made a mistake with not letting me know that my impressions would not work but were still charging me for impressions that could not be used to make my aligners. They straightened that out, then I had to ask for them to ship my aligners expedited and they did, however they left the lower aligners out and only sent the upper aligners. Mind you, I am STILL paying for aligners that I have not received. They then had the audacity to ask me to ship the upper aligners back instead of just sending the lower aligners, inconveniencing me again. I have yet to receive an email response back from them or to have a phone call back from them. I am extremely frustrated and sharing my experience because this is terrible customer service and truly taking advantage of a paying customer. I am disappointed because the customer service is sloppy from my experience and I truly wanted to love NewSmile due to the reviews that I read. I want my aligners and response from the company. This is not too much to ask for when the customer service has been anything but good and I have been setback due to this. I would not recommend NewSmile to anyone. I would much rather prefer to go to a dentist and have them guide me through the process. I am usually a DIY type of woman, meaning I have a busy schedule and do not have time for dental appointments but I much prefer that at this time and would advise others to do the same after my experience with NewSmile. It should not be that difficult to respond to a paying customer and the least to send the correct aligners, not at the patient's expense or time.

Kokob was absolutely brilliant, she made sure I was comfortable the whole time, she was friendly and very good at taking the scan. She was patient with me when I was uncomfortable and did the procedure very effectively and efficiently. Would highly recommend her services, thank you again Kokob, you’re wonderful!

Fantastic Alternative To Invisalign. I first went with NewSmile in July of 2023. I had crowded and twisted bottom teeth and overlapping top teeth. I was also coming off the back of a wisdom tooth and rear molar extraction and this motivated to get my teeth perfect. I was originally sent an impressions kit (although now they do 3D scans) i had an amazing experience with the impressionist over the phone. Around two months later I received my first set of aligners, they fit perfectly but i wasn't able to bite all the way, i had an orthodontist from NewSmile who i was able to ask questions to and they assured me it would settle, which it did a few days into my first set from there it was smooth sailing, every set fit perfectly and i had bi-weekly check-ins via an online form that i was then given feedback on. Towards the final sets, i had some issues with my touching points which the orthodontist reassured me would change and was very swift in replying to me. I have also had a check-up scan at the end with Koko due to me joining prior to the 3D scans being available, she was also fantastic and was able to consult me on any questions i had. Now a couple extra steps to go but I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their smile.

Koko was absolutely incredible. She made me feel relaxed and at home. She was a laugh and even though my wisdom teeth were quite hard to scan we did it together. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Thank you so much

I visited Oxford Street for a 3d scan. Very easy to find and very friendly staff. I arrived early and was seen immediately. The scan is much easier than taking impressions at home. Was in a relaxed atmosphere and a thorough job. Look forward to receiving my aligners
