Do not rely on this company if you dont find it suitable I found myself with a hefty administrative fee

I booked my 3D scan appointment, paid for it, had to schedule my time to be in central London for 2pm today and got an email at 1:21 to say that my appointment was cancelled (when I was already almost at the clinic. This partner clinic refused to serve me as they didn't receive the payment from NewSmile. I offered to pay myself second time and sort it out later but was refused. Not only I want to get the refund but I should also be entitled to compensation for my time and travel expenses!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID Do not buy from here ever please they will give you unnecessary stress I've cancelled my aligners after the first month i'm still paying every month and have to claim it back on amex, it's absolutely outrageous what i have to deal with every month, writing to them, proving that i cancelled, while they're still charging me and i haven't received the product, since i cancelled it. I'm paying for NOTHING.....

Terrible company to deal with. The second batch of aligners didn't fit properly, and they are asking me to spend more money to finish my treatment! There seems to be no way of complaining, only being put in touch with a "supervisor" who has the same job title as everyone else. She didn't want to know, didn't answer any questions, and was a complete waste of space. Buy cheap, buy twice. Do NOT use this company. Update: NewSmile's reply is a complete joke. They didn't answer my questions or concerns and their solution was for me to pay more money to them. My dentist has told me to stop using their aligners as I am now in a worse place than before I started using them. Do NOT use this company.
