VERY GOOD FOR GARAGE DOOR

though the parts that I need do not work with older Genie equipment, many tried to fix the problem, sadly unsuccessfully.

Since our gate is so ancient, had to call customer service to make sure we ordered the right product. They were very helpful and we received items fairly quickly.

The garage door opening has been working since 1990; however, the romote controller was damaged. All is back in working order with the help of the Genie associates who directed me to the correct product. Thank you for your assistance and servicing a very old product.

Arrived on time and in good shape

The opener is quick and quiet. My only issue is that they don't give you an exterior opener and extras are overpriced

This is an amazing company. I wish you made a lot more things than garage doors. I purchased a house with a Genie opener. I'd never had Genie before - I'll never have anything else in the future. What amazes me so much is that parts are available for older doors; real people are available to walk you through setups; and parts are readily available; and customer service will help you determine what part(s) to buy. I absolutely LOVE this company!!!!

I needed a replacement for a genie 912 opener the new one that came won't work, and customer support said that my garage door is too old. Totally the wrong response. They should have found old stock and shipped no charge. Customer support did not even realize that the original part number was from their parent company. Even though they had purchased the original company. Pathetic Service. One can read about their history on their own web page. I expect the President of the company to e-mail me and make this correct.

Required assistance reprogramming my garage door since the previous owner failed to leave access. Representative was extremely helpful, walked me thru the reprogramming process although it took quite a long time. But it worked! Also, recommended garage door openers and assisted with programing once received. Great service!
