She told me that there was an email sent (Addressing the overselling of the item I bought) that I never saw. The item was still for sale on ITAM’s website but it is cheaper than when I bought it (same size but different color). So Ardie shipped The item that I requested and gave me store credit in the amount of the difference between the two items. Very satisfied by how this was handled, and Ardie did a great job looking into the issue and helping me out! Thanks ITAM!

They made it right and let me pick another shirt which happened to be more expensive by nearly 50% at no cost to me. The customer service rep who helped me was Ardie.
