I was excited for the items that were on sale but disappointed that my welcome code didn't work. I reached out to their customer service and heard back from Joan within the hour. She was polite, helpful, and resolved the matter right away. This is genuinely the best customer service experience I've had.

Huge credit to Into The AM and their support team! I ordered a few shirts, and one showed that it was in stock even though it was no longer available. Joan from Into the AM resolved my issue so quickly! Can't wait to receive my shirts and get more amazing apparel in the future

Remie was most courteous and helpful in assisting me my return. I had accidentally chosen a multi pack with two identical colors. I wanted to modify my order but was afraid of losing my discount code. Remie explained the process and stayed on my case to give me my discount. Thank you, Remie. Please keep up your Great work! I love the quality of the shirts! Been ordering with them for years. For my last order I was afraid it wont get to me on time as I got an email that the address was invalid. I reached out to support and they fixed it!

Working with INTO THE AM has been an absolute pleasure. The work environment is great and the people in the company, even greater. I was able to learn more about Influencer Marketing and have learned to appreciate interpreting data, analyzing key elements, and using all the information from that to apply a better solution or practice that will help the whole program. ITAM is a great place to be in and I'm sure anyone who will work for ITAM will have a blast, learn about their profession, and grow as a person. :)

I found them since they push their work pretty hard on youtube... content-creators from the warhammer universe get sponsored pretty hard through them. i looked them up used a code und since they had a special promotion there was talk about a double offer 3 tee“s for 65$... and code 10$. so i purchased three and i was lucky to get the one i really wanted. sadly it took them 3 weeks to send them and 1 week after that i got the message from "german post" that my package would not arrive since it was not labled correctly... i INSTANTLY wrote them, but they did nothing. so it went back to them, they opened it and sold the tee i really wanted to someone else ( it was the last of that particular one.) after they sold it they asked me what i wanted to do... and i said i want my product, since i paid for it. and so they told me they sold it already. (so i reckon some contentcreator really wanted it or something) and i could get storecredit from them... (not even a bonus since they fricked up AND sold MY t-shirt) i wrote with them for 6 days and then i read a post about them working under an other name before with LOTS of these problems ( i can“t confirm if this is right, but i readd it on reddit.) so i told them i expect my money back and not store credit and if they would not do it i would sue them (frick the costs... just on principle) they gave me my money back but took the shipping fees for themsleves. so in the end i got nothing but to pay for their adress frickup...paying 9 euro to wait for 5 weeks... great. somehow i don“t find bad reviews not as easily anymore... but well that is another problem. my bad have a good day. hope other ppl have better luck with them.

Hands off! And here is why… 1) I ordered 2 packages on their website with more than 10 t-shirts per package. 2) They didn’t even manage to get ANY of them through to my address on the first attempt and had to ship them again. 3) So the two packages were both shipped back and then as a ā€œcourtesyā€ from their side they only offered me a store credit, no refunds or any compensation at all. 4) The best part? They even made me pay the delivery costs twice although according to customs it was their fault that the package was shipped back… Long story short: Of all the shady businesses this one might just take the price…

This is a though one. Soooooo IF your parcel is arriving first try and there are no complications it would have been a really great experience since the shirt designs and the print quality are really great. IF however your parcel has any kind of issue, like in my case, it took me writing 7 emails and nearly 2 months to get my T-Shirts and a partial refund. First parcel has been out of tracking for 2 weeks when it turned up in a customs center in germany but was deemed "not deliverable" So either they mislabeled or goofed up the adress. I got a replacement order but instead of attaching the original invoice and noting that it is a replacement order they gave customs some wild value and labeled it as a gift. Now, when importing to germany you can't send a gift from a company to a private person so the customs rightfully added VAT to the wonderland values they were giving resulting in UPS pre-paying and in me having to pay not only additional VAT but the handling charge of UPS as well. My first request for a partial refund of the additional amount I had to pay because of the mess-up they created was denied and only after I told them I'd go to paypal next since I had all the documentation about parcel value from UPS they caved in and agreed to refund an amount of the original VAT, that was actually a bit less than I paid more to UPS and Customs but at this point I was just fed up and accepted. After the 4-5 business days they said it takes to issue the refund there still was nothing sent back to me so I had to write another email and after 2-3 more days the refund was finally through. So yeah, the shirts are great, the customer service experience was mixed as they were friendly in email but not helpful, not reading through your whole issue and trying to blame you for the additional VAT (for germany the VAT is already paid when using paypal and there's currently no import fee when the order is below 150€) onto me, and there seems to be a severe lack of knowledge how to handle replacement orders and international shipping.

The shirts fit great, which is rare considering I'm rather tall and have trouble with most shirts. Furthermore, they handled some confusion regarding my adress really well and re-sent the entire package with priority. Finally, very good designs and the shirts themselves feel high quality and keep their shape & print for a long time - I've had some of them for years now. I've happily ordered here multiple times and will likely do so again in the future.
