Remie was quick to correct an inventory issue and ship a replacement within 24 hours. I've been wearing their shirts for about a year now and practically live in them. They are great as an everyday shirt or as a gym shirt if you want your arms to look amazing while also the midsection is loose fitting for a more flattering look. Will definitely be returning for a 3rd order.

Super comfortable material and stretch, great fit & style. On top of that - I received superb customer service from Ardie, who helped me qualify for free shipping even though I had already made my purchase before the free shipping was available. This company has earned my trust and future business.

Their graphic designs are original, eye-catching, and a compliment-magnet. Their performance shirts with their daybreak pants are ridiculously comfortable and flattering. I carry my daybreak hoodie with me everywhere I go. Their customer service is amazing. Ardie is the best. He is responsive and pro-active, reaching out to me when I had an issue with an off-fit and helping me resolve the situation quickly and to my total satisfaction. I am a dedicated enthusiast, and Into the AM clothing has become my go-to gift for friends.

She acknowledged that the USPS postal service messed up and stole my original order before it made it to my house and sent me a replacement order to make sure I was made whole. She was very kind, respectful and polite. I loved that she did everything in her power to make the situation right for me and keep me satisfied as a long time and dedicated customer of intotheam. Intotheam is very lucky to have her working in the customer service department. My initial order was out of stock, which, honestly, wasn’t a surprise because it’s such a fantastic product. But what really stood out was the customer support. United States | 23 October 2024Absolutely horrid. I placed an order for four shirts on October 1st. I wait almost two weeks before I get an email that says they shipped. Then another that says they were wrong and it didn't ship because they didn't have one of the shirts I bought. Then after 11 DAYS waiting for the shipment all of the shirts are laughably too small versus what they said online. It barely fit my girlfriend and she's 12 inches shorter than me. Then I can't do a return because the order was cancelled and split into two on their end. Have to deal with customer service again. Then it takes a week to ship it back. Then they say I can't return the shirts because I tried one on? How was I supposed to find out all the shirts were too small? I literally selected "returning to get a better size" in the return. So, then they say one of the shirts isn't returnable at all, one I can't return because I tried it on, and then they want to fight me about giving me a refund when I cancel the whole order all together. The shirts were $30 each. Cheap, too small, and I could get better quality of Kohls. Worst online clothing company I've ever bought from. I have no issue taking this to my bank for fraud.
