Ordered thursday evening for a brand new system as the parts i needed were cheaper than anyone else. found their service excellent their sales reps were absolutety fantastic knew what they were talking aboutand guided me in the right direction thanks to Keehin and Yas.. this was my first order with advancetec and will not be my last as i will always order from advancetec and will tell all my friends to purchase from you guys. Well done keep up the good work..

Goods ordered in Febuary and arrived damage due to poor packaging! I returned the goods after having to email company twice and phone twice, which involved me having to send them a photo of the damage to get a return code to return goods (at my expense). After a further four emails and six phone calls I recieved a refund on 30th April. This not counting the times they picked up the phone at 10am and left it off the hook till 4pm (I know this due to using "ringback") If Advancetec took as much time on customer service as they do filling in made up positive reviews on this website, they would have a good company! Sadly their a disorganised sham, which I wouldn't use again.

Spilled some coffee on my laptop and took it to them. Picked it up the next morning and it has been perfect ever since. great job and helpful, friendly staff. I would recommend them to anyone.

been using this company pretty much since the day they started trading, never had a single problem with them, always friendly and helpfull staff, and their prices are so competitive, would highly recomend these guys to anybody.

Well what can i say... I've had my dell XPS laptop for over 1.5 years and my screen had smashed. I contacted dell who informed me it would cost in an excess of £255+vat to have it replaced. As i wasnt willing to pay that amount of money out to have it replaced i went to PC world to see if they could sort it and they wanted to charge me £290+vat.. So it was time to do a little research online and i came across advance tec's laptop repair service. I contacted there sales team who advised me it would cost me £25 to have it picked up, diagnosed & deliverd back to myself, so fair enough i had it done, the laptop was picked up next day and sure enough i had a phone call the next day when it arrived with them. They told me that the total cost would be £165+vat (£194inc) that included the new screen and installation, i was happy with the price and the service that they offerd me and sure enough i received my laptop 3 days later! I would personaly like to thank the sales team and techincal team for all the hardwork in sorting my laptop out. I surely will be using you guys again!

Had been looking around to build a system for a while but a purchased the AT-FX Unleashed system and had it delivered swiftly, build and performance but I mostly valued the tech support and after sales service for the guys at advancetec. Have not used them before but will not hesitate to use again. Cheers guys

Ordered an item at the start of January, Advancetech delivered the wrong item to the wrong address so at first said they'd pick it up, then week later changed their mind and said I'd have to send it back. It took a month to get a refund for the item but over three months later I still haven't got the refund for the postage. Everytime I ring I'm either told someone will call back or that it'll be sorted (which it hasn't), Would recommend people should never order from this site, unbelievably bad service.

I have used AdvanceTec for several years, every system I build for people and myself includes parts bought from the store itself. The staff are extremely helpful and always ensure I get the parts that I need and that will work together.

I recently purchased a full system from Advancetec and I am more than happy with the service provided by the staff on the counter, even though I opted to have the system built by them but to install Windows myself when I ran into some problems I simply popped down with the machine and they checked it out the same day, swapped out a hard drive for me as it was apparently incompatible and gave me the machine back with Windows as good as installed leaving me only to enter my key and run updates. Worth every penny in my opinion

I am absolutely chuffed to bits with my purchase, I had this card on order from a different online retailer before Christmas, and every time I would enquire about my purchase I was told "Still not in stock" eventually I found advancetec.co.uk and placed the order online, to my surprise the card arrived next day, its now installed and working a treat, thnx Advance Tec keep up the good work :))

I purchased a computer from AdvanceTec a month ago and I have had no problems what so ever, it runs great. I purchased a Phenom dual core and the guys there offered to “unlock” the chip and make it a quad core so now I have a great new quad core system for the price of a dual core and I also got five free games….. AWSOME!!!

I ordered an item from their website, and because I am working 5 days a week (what a surprise, isn't it?), I made sure I put my _office_ as a delivery address. I paid by card. Unfortunately, asking me to send them a fax on the company paper to prove I work here is violating my sense of trust for the customer. I WOULD have to sign the parcel and show my ID first to collect it, wouldn't I? After all, I decided to cancel my order. Therefore, I am rating as low as 1, as company has ridiculous policy and treats customers as thieves. For those of you who order stuff online for no fuss, robust and quick service, Advancetec is a F A I L U R E.

I recently bought a budget AMD system, with a graphics card, it was about £500 in total, I was completely amazed when 4 days later it arrived on my doorstep, it was very well built and worked perfectly, I will definately be coming back when I upgrade in the future, Thank you very much advancetec.

I went to the store itself and wanted to upgrade my old AMD FX55 system that had lasted me for sometime. They gave me answers I didnt want to hear, i.e no cpu for motherboard and no motherboard for cpu and memory out of date. In the end i walked away couple days later with an i7 based system. The system was built to an extremely high standard. The case (antec 902) had a window so i liked the fact that nearly all of the cables were hidden. which cables werent hidden were nicely tied up. System runs smooth and fast no hiccups as yet. Runs all the latest games superbly. Well worth the money i paid. No fuss. The Salesman was knowledgable but wasnt arrogant enough not to ask the techie (very gruff) for advice.

Despite me phoning this company on at least 3 occassions, I still have received the items that I have ordered and paid for. I have been assured that the goods have been dispatched and told that the I would be reimbursed the P&P and I would be phoned back. Despite these promises Istill have not received a refund or my goods if I do get all of what I have paid for I will have no hesitation in reporting this company to the OFT because I am tired of speaking to people and being fobbed of with excuses because when I asked for a tracking number and what company would be delivering my order I got no reply but told that I would be called later the same day.

I purchased Windows 7 and when it arrived i realised that i had got the Windows 7 UPGRADE, I left a ticket on there support site and it was responded to within the hour (awsome!) i explained my situation and30 mins later a Returns Rep contacted me with a returns number, i returned the un-opened upgrade and they sent me the real deal before the end of the week. I have to comment that although it took a couple of days for me to return and recieve the correct copy i was well impressed with the service as many companys would have told me to get lost if it came to software (i knowfrom experiance with AV software). i have read the review of mr Flower and can only say. . .HAVE WE DELT WITH THE SAME COMPANY??? and i belive that "A Flower" may be an alias for a customer with a personal grudge against a desent company. Thanks Advance for my now working AT-FX Dominator system, overclocked and with a now full copy of Win 7 HP xxx

Posted a bad review about the company totally deserved because of their terrible service and they THREATENED me with legal action. What a great company, NOT. Maybe if you concentrated on getting your service up to scratch then you wouldn’t get these bad reviews.

I bought a Joystick and it was delivered the next day and all was well. But. It stopped working after about 6 months so I returned it to them to be repaired and 3 months later I still have no joystick or refund. Fair enough there were complications with the joystick being discontinue, but their was never any communication of effort on their part, I had to chase them up constantly. I must have rang them 30 times and sent a dozen emails and each time they said "oh yes such and such has happened, it will be here next week". They NEVER ring me to let me know what is happening. Useless customer service. You really do get the feeling that this is a little shop trying to get into internet sales and failing to meet the standards required. Rubbish,
