Cancel ordered after paying 2 days later Beware

The purchase was intended to be a gift and I paid for express shipping charge for the delivery to arrive on time. I first contacted customer service when I found out the delivery date will be delayed, however customer service K only told me to request for a return label after receiving the shipment if I am not satisfied without any further support or explanation about why it happened. The delivery arrived more than a week delayed than expected time. I contacted customer service again to request for the return label and stated clearly about the reason, and the same customer service K responds in asking me what is the reason of returning without reading the email ? I finally called the company and ask for someone else to handle it but the person is unavailable and leads me stuck with the same customer service person K again. It's unrespectful and complete waste of time.

Selling products that are non-returnable with inaccurate website descriptions. Contacted Customer Service with no resolution. Update: After contacting Amazon customer service, the seller provided a return label, and a refund. Thank you! However, the product still has wrong photo and is non-returnable. Fix it...

Ordered a product, packing slip has that product listed but received the wrong product. Calls and written request went unanswered. When I finally reached Ferebe by phone I am told that they do not carry the product I ordered.

I have been shopping at Ferebe for a while and was very satisfied with them. However, recently I have been disappointed with the customer service because a product was omitted from my shipment and I haven’t heard from them until 2-3 weeks after when I had to reach out to them for a refund. I had expected them to follow up with an email stating that they will either refund me or my order is in backorder where I may be receiving the product late, but no action was made. Had I not called, I would have just overpaid for something that I didn’t receive. Although I received a refund afterwards, I suggest that Ferebe should be proactive to remedy instead of waiting for customer to inquire.

My last order came and the hair conditioner had leaked all out, the body wash bottles were all dented and the face moisturizer box was ripped. I emailed the company, but no response. I understand things happen, but customers should be first priority, at least respond.
