I have sent them emails twice to ask what their return policy is and they just ignore my request. Because they won't reply they must not have a return policy. You buy it you own it. I won't be doing business with them anymore unless they reach out to me.

I made an order for Dove soap. I was given a delivery date and then 2 days later I got an email saying that it couldn't be delivered because they were out of stock. I would expect, a decent company to know and update their inventory and not allow customers to order stuff that couldn't be delivered.
