My package arrived with missing items and I sent pictures showing the Representative how my box was damaged, with a whole one side and gaping open where it was taped and instead of trying to find out what happened or offer a resolution he practically accused me of lying and send a picture of what the delivery person sent which was only a side view that was very blurry. Needless to say I won't order from them again.

I input the correct address & my order was undelivered - customer service asked me if I had entered the correct address, I said I had & could they re-deliver - I was then told my items were out of stock & a refund would be issued - never had any problems before

I placed an order and took well over the expected delivery time. Once I got my package, I opened it to see a receipt of everything I ordered and beside three items they just wrote "sold out!" I was never informed and wad certainly charged for these items. I've reached out to the company three tones now to see if I should expect these items or a refund and haven't heard a peep.
