I still have not received my order for some binders. The order was back in August, over one month ago; I was informed they would be shipped in September but still no sign of them.

I loved the product and the color was better than I expected. The only issue I had was the UPS's handling of my package. The box got dented and this caused my binder to become slightly dented. Next time, can you please tell the UPS drivers and facility workers to handle your packages with more care.

My red 3" binder was on backorder for a few weeks but it is here now and was worth the wait. High quality and looks great!

I purchased the corporate binder and sleeve. It's the only replacement binder I could find that comes close to the original binder given when starting a corporation. I'm happy with my replacement. the quality seems to be good.

Did a lot of looking for a quality notebook for my organization work at home. I was satisfied a couple years ago when I did buy (10) notebooks. When I bought a few more this year, they had changed. The surface did not have that quality fabric feel, they felt lighter, but, like most products today, they had the same price. Bindertek should maintain the same level of quality and charge what they must so we can find consistency in this one product.

I ordered five 2" binders and one had a little problem. They sent a replacement within a day with no questions asked and then followed up shortly after. Every company has little bumps in the road but the key to a successful company is to not let the little bump turn into a boulder. I own a business and customer service should always be your number one priority. Good job BINDERTEK!!

I did not receive a tracking number for my order and had to call to inquire as to the whereabouts of my order. They no longer have several binder colors which is also very disappointing.

Great quality at a super fair price. I searched for awhile for a difficult to find size binder with the specs I needed. Finally happened upon Bindertek and when the binders arrived, I was very happy with the quality.

I ordered 20-3 ring binders and they have not arrived yet because Bindertec was out if stock.

Purchased one 3" Barrister binder and a slipcase. It is a nice, quality product. I wanted to find a good 3 ring binder for my stamp collections. I would like to purchase more, however they are a bit pricey. So, I may buy alternate binders from another manufacturer.

Delivery was timely... Product looks great and delivered in great condition... Love it to be a bit more affordable, but only option I could find for now in the price range, so I can't complain... Thanks for being there for me!
