The quality and the price of Bindertek's products are the best out there. Also I had to make an exchange on an item and the process was smooth and efficient.

I spent $35 (incl. shipping) on a 4" binder from you because my daughter desperately needs one and I can't find them in any stores. Her current binder is falling apart, poor kid, and it takes 5 minutes to get it to fit in her backpack. But the school requires it, so I was fine with spending so much. We were so excited when we opened it, only to find the rings are like an inch smaller than the binder!!! She can't fit her stuff in it. What good will that do? I would have returned it immediately but didn't feel like spending the balance of what would be my refund on return shipping for something we can't use. Very disappointed with this purchase. Attempted to return an item, CSR indicated an email would follow with shipping directions. Never arrived (twice) Still holding the item....

I bought the storage boxes made specifically for large binders. I was pleased with the ease of the order process, delivery, and the product. I would only say that there are a few too many follow on emails, but I suppose I can opt out of further emails. Otherwise, I can recommend you to anyone, with confidence.

Good product and reasonable but not great pricing. Delivery is prompt. Should improve your spine labeling. It requires a Rube Goldberg approach to get it done.
