Quality is the best I have found. Everything else looks cheap next to the Bindertek items. The problem is that once you start with this brand, you can't change to anything else. And it's very fully priced, to be charitable. Over $40 for a letter box is ridiculously high.

The binders are excellent in every way, but the $50 duty was unexpected and made the binders out of my league for future orders.

My wife and I recently bought a Moll Champion desk from a company that is no longer in business. When the desk was not functioning properly, I called your firm and spoke to Paul Stucky. He was both knowledgeable and helpful. We needed a small part that he sent free of any charge. And then when I had difficulty installing the part, he sent me instructions. He even suggested I send him a video of the difficulty that he would send to Germany for advice as that is where the desk was manufactured. Fortunately that was not necessary as we were able to get it to work. Throughout the entire process Paul was a gem.
