I've ordered some bulk dividers, but this special order desktop binder/book shelf is perfect! We selected cherry, and it holds reference binders and a manual we need to refer to frequently, and don't want to look up online. The price was reasonable, the construction super solid. I would definitely recommend Bindertek for top quality products --custom and regular stock.

Helpful during an order change

I was not informed the two binders I ordered were on Backorder until after I paid through an email. Ordered in February and was informed would not receive until mid April. Pretty negative experience. Too bad

I ordered good quality binder/notebooks from Bindertek for special projects (storyboard scripts, etc, that required a wide landscape format). I also ordered a notebook with metal covers--impressed by the sturdy construction and look & feel. I couldn't easily find equivalent notebooks elsewhere online. The notebooks and associated supplies were well packaged and promptly shipped (I placed the order on a weekday evening, and I think it shipped the next morning). Other sources might be less expensive, but I doubt if you'd receive equivalent quality. I recommend Bindertek if you are looking for notebooks to be used for presentations and client meetings that will give a good first impression--professional, well-organized, like you have your act together.

I order a Bisley metal cabinet and it arrived well packed. When I looked inside the cabinet, I noted that it had considerable rust! Obviously a problem from the factory when it was made and/or boxed up with moisture inside. I reported this to Bindertek and they offered a replacement immediately. However when they checked their stock, they found numerous cabinets with the same problem. They said they addressed the issue with Bisley cabinets and offered me a choice to wait for new stock or get a full refund. I didn't want to wait months for new stock, so I opted for the full refund, which they handled quickly and efficiently. Kudos for great customer service.

I was a little disappointed with the website. We ordered some binders and I thought I was getting standard but they were standard legal. We are now set behind a few weeks while I ship them back and get the new set. I also had to spend an extra 100$ in shipping costs. It seems to me that binders should be legal size or standard but the standard legal threw me. This has been a costly mistake and I am disappointed.

I purchased a lamp and it was from the mfg. in china, everything went well, will probably will get one more.

Even in this age of e-filing and emails, I still use binders a fair amount of the time. I also travel with binders when I give lectures, so my binders take a fair amount of abuse. Most binders are horrible, with rings that will break after a few months and covers that will start to peel as soon as they are subjected to stress. Bindertek binders survive everything that I have thrown at them. I also like the number and types of related supplies that they carry as an adjunct to the binders themselves.

These binders are set and ready to go when received. Printing template for spines is great, and easy to use. The two colors work well in legal environment. A+++ transaction

I had been looking for 2-ring binders and had not been able to find any until I came across the Bindertek website. Even though I ordered from Canada, the delivery was fast. My order was packed very well, and the quality of the products is outstanding. Very happy!

I'm currently using six Bindertek binders to "house" my growing collection of mint U.S. stamps, and I would say that these fine binders add enormously to the pleasure of my hobby. I would recommend Bindertek products to anyone.

Bindertek is a very good seller - I purchased several binders for my firm, and they are excellent. On the one occasion that one was damaged when it arrived, they replaced it free of charge. Excellent customer service.

Bindertek sent out an advertisement for discounted prices on a product we had previously purchased. On their webpage, the product looked identical to the previously purchased product, but it was actually a different product in a different color and had a different number of rings. When the products arrived and we contacted Bindertek to inform them of this error, they said it was not their fault that the webpage displayed the item in a different color since the color was listed elsewhere on the page and they required us to pay return shipping charges to receive credit. This will likely be the last time we do business with Bindertek.

These are sturdy and put together well. However, they do not work for what we need. We leave the binders open and are constantly having to flip forward, back, in the binder adding work papers. Does not work with the lever in the middle. Excellent quality though.

Great product, but to expensive

One of three binders purchased at $11 each split a seam before any use. My inquiry regarding return went unanswered. I will not order again.

I really liked going on-line and searching Bindertek for just the items I was looking for. I found them, ordered them and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the items. I would not hesitate to use Bindertek again.

We've only used 1 binder so far and we were able to organize alot of information inside and didn't appear over crowded. Label fits nicely and has a good appearance.

Highly disappointed in the quality of the binders for the price they are selling for. Our law firm ordered 75 binders and the ring binder mechanisms are of very cheap quality. When we open a binder to search for a document & turn the pages, the mechanism opens and all of our legal documents fall on the floor. I have complained to the customer service department & they actually sent us new binder mechanisms & these were just as cheaply made. Very, very disappointed in the quality.

We are a small law firm and have been ordering a variety of Bindertek products for years. All products are top notch otherwise would not be offered by this company. The service has been prompt and professional. We highly recommend their products and services. All as advertised or even better. Exceeds expectations!
