The binders are meta-great!

We have only had a couple of problems with our 3 inch binders - we have had three of them break. Overall, we are very pleased with the products we receive.

The binders were excellent for my presentation need. I highly recommend you to all who need folders.

What happen to the two hold punch for punching holes on my papers for the two hole ring binder?

Binder tells products are second to none, and their service is exceptional. I am a big fan of their various legal pads.

Your shipping rates are unreasonable and far exceed customary fees by other online vendors. I'm an amazon prime member and, frankly, if they can send me something via UPS for free, why do you charge $35 for an 8 pound box?

Found the perfect product on Bindertek, that no one else seemed to be offering. Ordering was easy. The product was delivered in a timely fashion, and it's just what I had hoped for. If you want a quality product at a reasonable price, delivered quickly, this is a great site.

I thought the hinges would help me access both front and back of my pages more easily than traditional placement of the loops. It' did't. It is much stronger than another binder I bought from another company, the halves do not move when flipping through the pages. It's better than what I have seen, but I was not fully satisfied.

The ordering process was easy, they shipped my item quickly and when I had a couple questions they replied to my emails promptly. Couldn't ask for more than that!

I ordered some office supplies and one item was wrong. I contacted customer service and they did not hesitate to fix it. Shipped it free to me, but when it arrived the post office had damaged it. Again, I contacted customer service and again they did not hesitate to fix the problem. They ship another item out free of charge again. They were great! Will definitely use again & recommend!!

The "experience " was fine. It's the product that was disappointing. I ordered the same binder that I have ordered twice before. Obviously, very pleased with earlier orders. However, this recent one was a poorer quality product - more similar to what I might find at Office Depot.

Disappointed with product line changes. Offers less flexibility to customers and less support to old customer with older binders (i.e., parts and accessories discontinued, fewer binder colors to match binders previously purchased, etc.).

Ordered 5 2 inch binders for a blind friend. On receiving them she realized she needed 3 inch binders. I called to ask what they could do for me. The gentleman who answered was very polite and helpful. It was a pleasant experience to make a return exchange. No hassle.

The binders look nice, but price is high - and a high percentage arrive damaged every single time. Customer service has been good- they do replace the damaged binders - but this game is getting old. I don't pay high prices for high end binders for my clients just so that I can spend a lot of time and money every time to return them. I'm definitely looking for better options.
