Picked up from Aukland hotel a little early but fine. However not told the next pickup would involve waiting in the shuttle bus for nearly 2 hours at Aukland airport for other passengers. If we'd known the waiting time here when we booked we would not have booked. Rest of journey to Tauranga fine.

it was an amazing experience, my flight was delayed for 30 minutes, I was so worried I might be left behind, when there was only 10 minutes left before 8pm and I still didn't get my luggage, I was panicked, until my driver called me he said no worries at all, cos he will wait for me anyways, that's so nice of him.

Good trip to Hamilton

Great service - went out of their way to pick up and drop off despite challenges.

Hi, what made our experience great was that the driver had a hold up on the Kaimai Ranges with a house removal blocking the road. He rang and explained that he was running late, gave us an approx new time and then rang as he was on his way again.We didnt feel abandoned as he kept us in the loop and also on the way to airport kept us posted re our new arrival time..which actually despite the 40minute hold up was only about 10 minutes later then scheduled.

He was very kind and made me reach my destination safely
