Great service, early morning pickup on time from home and drop back afterwards on return. What could be easier.

the driver found the last passenger, despite having been given the wrong address.

Overall very good, driver had some difficulty with navigating to collect a country client

Efficient service. Great driver

Everything was great. Both drivers were helpful, polite, and careful drivers. On our return journey, the only complaint was, there was no step to get into the van. It was really high and awkward when you have bad knees and recovering from a fractured pelvis.

Our driver was a perfect shuttel gentleman.

You are picked from your home and taken direct to the international airport in plenty of time to catch your plane. Very nice drivers just makes it alot easier

Shuttle arrived on time. Comfortable and everything explained. We were to meet the driver on return in the arrivals area by the Allpress Coffee sign. Spot on again. Everyone was early and we were on our way home an hour earlier than planned. Great service. Will be using it again.

Great; good communication

It was great to be picked up and dropped off with no hassle. However on the trip up we were all freezing. Driver did not want heater on as it might make him fall asleep!! He agreed to just not having cold air blowing eventually.

Efficient friendly travel home after a long journey

Enjoyed being collected & not having to drive find our way into a busy auckland viaduct & sorting parking etc. It was disappointing on our return trip to have a 1.5hour wait at the airport to collect passengers. This was a long time left waiting in the shuttle, no toilets handy & this added alot more time onto the trip

My flight was cancelled. And they fitted me in to Auckland with no bother.
