Hi there. I have used your service numerous times and will in the future. However, on my recent ride from Auckland airport to home two couples did not turn up from the same flight as one other passenger using the shuttle. Nor did they respond to the driver txts. We waited 1 1/2 hours in the cold arrivals area of the airport for these two couples to not respond, nor turn up. Perhaps a confirmation text messaging system sent the day prior to using the shuttle service would alleviate having to wait for no reason. I understand that you wait from 6-8 am, and that passengers sometimes are delayed. However, if passengers could confirm that they will NOT be on a flight, other passengers and the driver would not have to wait for no reason. Many thanks.

Pleasant staff to communicate with. Times for pick up and delivery still don't really fall conveniently with flights, meaning either I have had to take my car to airport (previous flight), or in the recent case, wait round at the airport for several hours and there is nowhere comfortable to wait... Driver was pleasant, but her driving manner was not smooth with lane changes (bit jerky and sometimes had to pull back into lane rather than complete lane change - was a little disturbing once or twice)

Mike, the Shuttle driver was amazing. The service was incredible. I really felt like my holiday started from the time I was picked up.

The driver was awesome, buthis phone ran out of olan or something and i ended up navigating around hamilton east, all in all the trip took way longer rhan exoeted due to some passengera being unorganised and other passengers like myself helping them out, the poor driver lol

terrifying and super stressful, we almost missed our flight! Booking office given estimated arrival time was 5pm, the actual arrival time is 730pm!! And the vehicle picked up more than 10 people, but the luggage capacity was about 5-6 suitcases, that's so ridicules and poor preparation! the poor driver got put into a very unsafe position had to manage load all the luggages with no space.

The booking is fast and easy. The staff are reliable, kind, friendly and helpful. They communicated well and made sure our experience was hassle-free. I would highly recommend this service.
