Our driver was friendly but professional and an excellent driver. The van was clean and comfortable. Our only "gripe" is the time it took to get us from Ak to Tauranga. We knew there would probably be other passengers but after we had collected everyone we then detoured to Hamilton to do a drop off (not related to any of us passengers) Next it was to the back blocks of Cambridge then to Tauranga. It was a very long journey after a 12 hour flight. Perhaps you could warn clients when booking that you can't guarantee what time they will eventually get home.
