The drivers are very friendly and accommodating. The shuttle is very spacious, neat and tidy. We felt comfortable all throughout the travel, specially our young kids. Highly recommended.

I had injured my knee overseas partially torn medial collateral ligament i could hardly walk .I had to walk too far to get to the shuttle. One of the ladies had to help me. Where the shuttle now has to park is really inconvenient. The driver seemed oblivious to my difficulty walking

Had to wait over 1.5 hrs for another passenger that never arrived from a flight. Didn't expect to walk to back of nova hotel to get to vehicle. Very cold with no hurry to warm up vehicle while continued waiting until 08:00 due to company rule. Otherwise pleasant experience with staff, spacious vehicle.
